Hi I don't want to give at least one star to this company just to put the reviews.this people are totally scammers .we call them yesterday they sent a person he came with all equipments but he is just pretending like doing work but he doesn't know any thing he charges the price price 49 £ .please don't try to call them and book the service with them.i don't recommend at all.

Scam. Don’t use.
It was meant to be 25 minutes , chased after 45 min and it was another 25 min then cancelled and moved to the morning. Quoted £49 plus barrel after explaining the job. Told £150 + vat labour and £160+vat for barrel upon arrival!
When I called the office to challenge it I was called a liar

WARNING - this is a scam!

The price they quoted was inflated by 20 times when the bill came. But worse than that, they charged me for a high security lock, and only installed a basic one. I now need to pay for a new lock.

My wife got locked out of our house at night when I was out of town. She got this locksmith from Google and called the number. On the phone they said they can pick the lock and it will be ~£150.

When they got to the house they claimed they couldn't pick the lock and had to drill and replace it. She asked them for a price but they kept saying they can't tell without looking inside.

Once they replaced the lock the bill came to £960. She felt intimidated and was asked to sign an invoice that said she agreed to the price before the work was done and was forced to pay on the spot.

This company is a gigantic scam. All of these positive reviews are fake. The only real review is from the other person who said they were similarly scammed.

We called the contact number on that website last Sunday the 31st of September, to assist us in unlocking our flat door. Locksmith from the company came and have successfully unlocked the flat door, he then assembled new lock (ASTRA) and new door knob with 3 sets of keys. Upon finishing, he told us the itemised job order he did, that have amounted to £1,447.20 which we believed that we have been overpriced.

Very promised service. The locksmith was very amazing and professional.

Cameron from Ponteland was amazing. He was patient, kind and understanding. He was here promptly, and went above and beyond to get us back in the house. If all of the employees at LS Locksmiths are at his standard, I would strongly recommend never going anywhere else. Five stars, cannot recommend enough.

I rang Fletchers Locksmith services as i had locked myself out of the house the owner Paul Fletcher was at my house within 15 minuates he could see i was upset as i hadnt been well this man was so caring changed my lock within 10 minuates cleaned around where he had worked he was very polite as well as proffessional if i ever need a lock smith again i wouldnt hesitate to ring this locksmith i can highly recommend this company as his rates are excellent too.

I would recommend GPB Locksmiths. Gary was brilliant, friendly, fast and very efficient and professional. His experience shone. He put my mind at ease changing all my locks on my doors. I felt safe, Thank you Gary.

I had an emergency with my key getting stuck in the lock.Fast key helps me a lot with fast services.

Got the job done within 15 minutes, although they took a couple of hours to arrive.

My key snapped in the lock and he was there in 20mins and had me inside my flat in under 10mins... Excellent speedy service and a nice guy, you can't ask for more than that!

Kept informed about time of service. Presented options very clearly. High quality service. Tidy job.

Was locked out in the middle of the night and wasn't expecting to get such a quick response. In 30 minutes I was in my flat again. Very friendly and helpful service :)

Engineer arrived very quick, braked in with no damage to the door and then recommended a better security lock. price was very reasonable.

Called Sam and he turned up in about 15min. He tried the traditional option repeatedly before resorting to drilling his way in. All in all paid around £80. Very happy.
