On time and as promised

Seriously impressed with how well this was packed. It arrived so much faster than I expected too, which was a pleasant surprise! Everything was secure and in perfect condition. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Great service all around!

Bad experience with Locksmith Keyless. I paid $21 for a key fob, but nowhere during the purchase process was it made clear that it would also need to be programmed separately. After receiving it, I called local locksmiths and found out they charge around $85 just to program it, which makes the “cheap” key fob much more expensive than expected.

When I tried to return it, I was told I would be charged a 30% restocking fee and also have to pay for return shipping. That is unfair, especially when the important programming requirement was not clearly disclosed upfront.

I feel this was misleading and ended up being a waste of money. Buyers should be warned that the advertised price is not the true cost, and returning the item comes with extra penalties.

Buyer beware. Read the fine print. I had to send two keys back and charged a 30% restocking fee - seriously? Highest I have ever seen. My first key I used their search engine and order the key that came up. Wrong key. Worked with Customer Service to order the key I needed. It had the exact item description of my vehicle to the T. Guess what, she told me the wrong key. They didn't even have my key. Yet I am expected to know all the technical information, but customer service who recommended the 2nd key I purchased is not. Little of no help. Do yourself a favor. Find a local locksmith you can talk to so you don't get duped by these clowns. Cost me $70+dollars and still no key. Thanks for nothing.

An honest review.
After multiple emails and waiting over a month my replacement smart keys and smart key fobs arrived. Then I first took the smart key they sent for my 2006 F150 HD Edition classic truck to Ace Hardware they had match my old key. I then tried the new smart key in the ignition of my F150. The key would turn in the ignition ok, but the truck would not start up. I went back in to see the Key Tech at Ace Hardware. He put the new smart key in his key computer to verify the smart key program was in the new smart key they sent me. His equipment confirmed the new start key had a program in it. After several attempts of trying to get the new smart key to start my truck. The key Tech at Ace Hardware said he could not get this new smart key to work in my truck. He then said I need to go to a lock Smith. He said the lock Smith has different key programing equipment. Ok now I drive to the local lock Smith. After several attempts. The lock Smith says this key is what they call a clone key for multiple programs. He says he can not make it work for my Year and Model Truck. I then ask the Lock Smith if he had the correct smart key in-stock for my Truck. The Lock Smith replied yes I have one left in-stock now. I paid the lock Smith $135.00 for the correct smart key for my F150 HD edition classic truck and he also programed the new smart key fob I purchased from LockSmithKeeless.com.

The smart Key and smart Key Fob I purchased from the local Lock Smith work perfect. The smart Key I purchased from locksmithKeyless.com does not work. I tossed it in my junk drawer. More trouble than it is worth to try and return it to locksmithkeyless.com.
They did not tell me the smart keys and or the smart key fobs you order from the locksmithkeyless.com website have to cut and or programed by a lock Smith. To work with your vehicle. Save your time and money. Just get your replacement smart keys and smart fobs from a lock Smith.

Fob arrived in several days. I had a locksmith come to my home and do the programming. I would not have delayed getting the replacement had I known how easy it would be. Thanks!

Oh wow, their famous “cheapest price guarantee” is truly a masterpiece of modern marketing. I politely sent them a better deal they have on the xhorse dolphin 2 to match the price —boom, instant ghosting. No price match, no “sorry we lied,” just pure, professional silence. Chef’s kiss.

Customer service? Absolute legends. They’ll answer two emails like they care, then vanish the second you dare mention the promise they plastered everywhere. Truly next-level respect for the customer.

If you enjoy being lied to and then ignored, this is your spot. Everyone else: run. 1/5 stars. Would get zero if I could.

Quick and easy to order , i usually get my delivery in about 4 days .

I ordered items and paid for 2nd day delivery and 2nd day and 3rd day has come and gone and yet there’s no item. In all actuality, the items still shows no movement for over 24 hours and still in a completely different state. I now have to tell my customers to wait and am going to have to “eat the cost” all because the items paid for were not delivered when they were paid to be delivered. Very frustrating!
