Excellent, fast response out of hours and quick solution. Janis was very helpful.

I got locked out at 2:30am on a Saturday morning. Had an apartment bathroom window open on 1st floor. Janis saved me waiting until Monday. Very quick service and got the job done!

Janis - Thanks a lot

Great service from Janis C. Got me out of trouble with a jammed Chubb lock. Very friendly and thorough. Could tell he was very competent and experienced. Great fella to deal with.

Janis is a legend! The lock broke on the main door to our floor in our studio building. It was just before midnight on a Tuesday night and Janis came within 30 mins. He was very friendly and professional and within 10 mins, he had the door open! Could not recommend more highly. Thank you so much again Janis!!

Janis arrived super quick on a Saturday night to help me get into my apartment (I left the keys inside). Incredibly professional & a real nice guy, he had me in my apartment in no time. No damage to the door or lock, absolute hero. 5 star service & person.

Unfortunately I had the misfortune of loosing my keys today. I called Dialock, thankfully the locksmith arrived early as it was bloody freezing. The locksmith arrived promptly Janis C, he put my mind at ease immediately and he had the lock changed so quickly, all at ease. Thank you very much Yanis, best wishes for the future.

Late on a Saturday night I was away from home when my nephew accidentally left the key on the inside of the door earlier that day, meaning my dad couldn’t get into the house to check on my dogs. I was in a complete panic and thankfully found Janis!

He drove a good distance to come and help us and got us back into the house. I was so grateful for how quickly he came to our rescue. I would definitely recommend Janis to anyone in need of a locksmith! Thank you so much! 😊
