A great small provider with truly budget-friendly prices. Support is helpful and fast, and they always come back with the information you need. There’s still room to grow—hopefully with IPv6 rolled out soon—but overall a very solid experience.

Very pleased with the service. Good speed and bandwidth on my product. There was one small problem with setup but this was rectified very quickly after I submitted a ticket.

Their customer support is the strongest I've seen so far. They answer so to speak in seconds. The servers are quite fast and the prices are more than acceptable. I haven't seen cleaner ip addresses in a long time.

High quality services and fast/efficient support at any hour.
For example, we encountered problems ~around 12 am and they were able to reply almost instantly and helped us solve the problem with our VPS.
The DDoS protection is the best we had so far, my TeamSpeak server is running perfectly, and all the attacks were filtered instantly.
We are thankful for everything they provided us.

I've had the best experience and respect from the Loclix's team, they really do care and they have a huge and professional infrastructure, do not hesitate to ask them you would be surprised of what lies before that platform, is more than just a hosting company they worth it and you should try it! I've never had such experience before yet i know almost all hosting companies and on top of that i'm tech myself so consider my advice and try that out i'm pretty sure it's the solution to whatever lies beneath your project.

Let me start by saying that I have used over 12 hosting companies in Romania and Germany. There was always a minus somewhere. One company took days to respond to a ticket, another was too expensive, another had bad and very slow service, poor performance etc. There was no company where I didn't have a problem and move on to the next one, that's why I used more than 12 hosting companies. Since I got Loclix, all these problems have disappeared. Mainly there was a need for better DDOS protection that could handle attacks over 800Gbps-1Tbps, loclix gave me this even much more. Very quick answers to questions, prices are very good compared to the protection you get and the support offered. I recommend to anyone looking for a quality company and tired of having problems with long support/tickets or very high ddos attacks.

Assistenza scadente, sembra che lo fanno apposta, ti fanno perdere tempo, con risposte banali, e di nessuna importanza, oltre tutto ho aperto un ticket 4 giorni fa nessuna risposta... per fortuna non ho ancora lanciato la mia azienda sennò ero già in fallimento con loro

uno dei tanti servizi penosi e inaffidabili ( parlo per le vps e per l'esperienza avuta)
Inizialmente sembrava andare tutto a meraviglia, la rete era buona , l'assistenza funzionava ecc..
poi mese dopo mese la situazione è peggiorata sempre di più fino ad arrivare ad oggi dove:
1) l'assistenza è inesistente: quando scrivo al gestore del servizio i miei problemi non ricevo MAI risposta e se li ricevo sono risposte banali e inutili
2) la rete è instabile . : gestendo un importante community online che si appoggia a un noto voiceserver (teamspeak) giorno dopo giorno aumentano e si moltiplicano a dismisura i crash di rete passando da 1-2 volte a settimana a 5-6 volte al GIORNO! ovviamente contattando l'unico gestore del servizio non ricevo risposta. e quando insisto nel chiedere spiegazioni la colpa è solo o dei gestori telefonici , o degli utenti che si collegano al mio server o di forze esterne, praticamente Loclix ha una rete immacolata e la colpa è sempre , SOLO ED ESCLUSIVAMENTE degli altri e non loro.
3) La banda garantita. ovviamente sul sito notiamo la ottima banda di 1gbps , peccato che non andrà mai a questa velocità e la banda minima garantita è solo di 100mbps. quindi facendo due conti la rete è molto limitata e se la linea va a 101mega non puoi neanche contestare.
4) anti-ddos ... non la vedo e non ce nessuno strumento che ti mettono a disposizione per provarti che gli attacchi vengono mitigati e bloccati ma al massimo ti viene notificato ( sempre sollecitando la richiesta) via messaggio e senza prove che dimostrano l'effettiva efficacia dell'anti ddos
In sintesi sono deluso da assistenza,trattamento degli utenti ( mi da l'impressione che vengano sottovalutati in maniera piuttosto esagerata) e ovviamente prestazioni di rete. e se vi chiedete perchè non ci sono commenti negativi è ovvio: vengono tutti fatti segnalare e eliminare. Bocciato!
p.s. ( aggiornamento) ora non solo la rete èpraticamente inutilizzabile ma senza avvisare gli utenti almeno via mail sono state bloccate tutte le mie porte di rete che usavo per far funzionare i miei servizi con la scusa di una fantomatica " manutenzione" e visto che ancora non esiste un pannello che mi permette di gestire le porte di rete secondo il tizio di loclix dovrei dirlo a lui. ora passiamo anche all'assenza di privacy!

La vps acquistata nei primi periodi non dava problemi, appena sono giunti i primi problemi cioè instabilità di rete, l'antiddos INESISTENTE e la banda garantita che doveva avere una portata superiore il supporto non si è più degnato di rispondere alle svariate segnalazioni fatta, e in più hanno chiuso le porte del server per una fantomatica manutenzione.

I tried many hosting services but LocLix is the best one I tried ever with the price and the protection that they provide. They have really cheap prices with strong DDoS protection that protect your server from attacks (you forget about server protection in LocLix because they already have very strong protection) also the performance of the VPS is perfect and they have really fast support and the staff will help you with everything you need.
