We booked our tickets and seats 2 months in advance. On boarding the train we realized that the carriage with our reserved seats was missing. Someone from the staff guided to board any other carriage and find some available places. The problem was there were only a couple of single non occupied places scattered along the others carriages. We decided this was unacceptable, got out at the next station, took a DB train back and drove to Berlin by car. We were mislead by their "reservation" system. If we knew that we cannot find 2 seats in the whole train for us to seat together, we wouldn't have bought the tickets in the first place. The refund system is a joke. We got a coupon for part of the return trip's value to use for other travels wih locomore. Never again.

The train we paid for was not running when we went to the station to take it. We had to pay for db tickets to get home. These were very expensive as it was at the last minute. We tried to contact the company to ask what happened and there has been no response. Using this company was an expensive mistake.

Locomore hat meinen Zug gestrichen und ich wurde nicht darüber informiert! Ich musste mir vor Ort ein Ticket für 126 € kaufen. Vom Kundenservice keine Spur! Ich habe bis heute weder eine Antwort, Entschuldigung oder mein Geld bekommen. Das ganze ist nun 3 Wochen her. Auf Nachfrage warum Sie mir nicht einfach mein Geld für das bezahlte Ticket zurück überwiesen haben ( da hätte ich es auf jeden Fall gemerkt) kam dann nur die Antwort, das ist technisch nicht möglich - Ah ja! Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen großen Abstand von diesem Unternehmen zu nehmen! Nie wieder!

Nice and cheaper alternative to Deutsche Bahn. So far they only have one route Stuttgart-Frankfurt-Hannover-Berlin. Hopefully in the future they will add some more.
