Excellent customer support. You won't be disappointed, the skates came without bolts and the Allen key from the depot, probably the fault of the manufacturer. They've sent me what I was missing (plus some pins) in a 24h tracked parcel within 24 hours of raising it with them.

Fast delivery, great skates at a reasonable price <3

Ordered a pair of skates online but sized myself half a size out, called the guys at Loco and they advised me perfectly, got a replacement pair and sent the originals back for a refund, all in all a great experience.

The skates were delivered quite fast and they are as shown in the image. I wish they made half sizes in their skates but other than that I can wait for the summer again to go outdoors and skate for now I ill stick to the i doors will be getting a second pair or three for my niece and nephews.

This is the most reliable store for buying roller skates and accessories for them. I have visited this store several times and each time I was surprised by their attention. I had one experience with a size error and they resolved it very quickly. Here you will find a guarantee of the originality of the product and the fastest delivery. They have a good educational site where you can highlight a lot for yourself very informative Youtube channel. I highly recommend this store especially for serious purchases.

Amazing customer service. I got genuine advice and recommendations through email about the best skates that would suit my daughter for the type of skating she is interested in. The skates came very quickly and the skates we ordered are perfect!

I ordered a pair of skates and in my excitement of find a pair in my size (13) I didn't realise they were the wrong style. As soon as I did I emailed Loco Skates to cancel my order. I got a response straight away with confirmation of my order being cancelled. I then had an email exchange with Harry were he talk me through different skates, what styles and what they could get me in my size. He went above and beyond to help me find the right pair and even managed to get hold of some for me that were sold out on there website. I can't recommend these guys enough and look forward to my skates arriving. If skating becomes my new hobby there will only be one place I'll be going.
