I attended Health Link for an ultrasound this week and found the staff to be friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable compared with other companies. Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

But disappointed that after 5pm you can't communicate with the office

Locumlink is a very good company but the issue is incase of report or Insident they listen only to the client no staff. I don't feel protected

i got enough shift as per my availabilityat my prefered location,good panel of locumlink team,handy and easy accessable application.

Ireland needs doctors, yet many internationally trained doctors struggle to secure their first opportunity because Irish healthcare experience is expected. Without that first opportunity, gaining such experience is impossible. I hope recruitment agencies will help bridge this gap rather than reinforce it.

I am happy to work with locum link, I got exactly what I need. The hours, the day that I want and the place I wanted to work. I will highly recommend to every health care that is looking for a job.

Concerns Regarding Current Agency Support and Shift Allocation:

I am very dissatisfied with the current situation at the agency. Shifts are often cancelled at the last minute, which leaves me with no opportunity to secure alternative work elsewhere.

I regularly receive emails stating that the agency wants to help me book more shifts. However, when I contact the office, I do not feel that I receive the support I need. On several occasions, I felt that my concerns were not listened to carefully.

A few days ago, I explained that I had been trying to book shifts in other towns and cities simply to ensure that I had some work available and could earn an income. Unfortunately, I did not receive any practical assistance. I also mentioned that colleagues working through other agencies are able to secure shifts much more easily, often by simply clicking an "accept shift" button.

At present, I frequently apply for shifts through the app and either receive no response at all or only receive a response several days later. This makes it extremely difficult to plan my work schedule and finances.

I am also very disappointed that the option to defer timesheet payments has been removed. This was one of the main reasons why I chose to work with Locumlink in the first place.

I would appreciate your feedback on these concerns and any steps that can be taken to improve the current situation.

I’ve had a generally positive experience with Locumlink. The team is professional, responsive, and always replies in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. Communication has been smooth and supportive throughout.However, I do feel there could be improvements in the availability of shifts, especially during weekends and public holidays, as opportunities during those times seem limited. Overall, it is still a reliable agency with good staff support and efficient communication.
