Your results have come back normal and you do not have sleep apnea based on the sleep study report. Sleep apnea is diagnosed based on a metric called AHI (Apnea Hypopnea Index). Apneas and Hypopneas are complete or partial airway closures that last 10 seconds or longer and cause a 3% or more drop in oxygen levels.
Due to the nature of your normal outcomes, no further action is required on your end. A prescription for treatment has not been authorized at this time"

My wife purchased a CPAP machine for meâŠ
My wife purchased a CPAP machine for me from this company, unaware that I had previously tried one and found it unsuitable. We promptly contacted them to initiate a return. The company assured us that a full refund would be issued upon receipt of the product.
Despite this, I had to follow up via email five times and by phone twice to inquire about the refund status. Yesterday, after another call, a representative confirmed that the refund would be processed to the original payment method and that I would receive an email confirmation. No such email arrived.
When I contacted them again today, I was informed that they would instead issue a gift card. This inconsistent handling raises serious concerns about the companyâs practices. I strongly advise against doing business with them to avoid similar frustrations.

Lofta is as dishonest as they come. Their test device gave me false results claiming I had sleep apnea when during my whole 4 hour test I was awake on the phone. I said I need to retake the test because of that fact. They said their test proves I had apnea and I was mistaken that I was awake. Told me to dispute with my cc company if I wanted but they would do nothing else to address my false diagnosis. I believe the diagnose everyone and prescribed cpap treatment for a kickback from Resmed.
After sales support horrible (and they try to charge too)
I found it very easy to buy a ResMed CPAP machine from Lofta. However, after sales support was horrible. They stated incorrect information reagrding secondary insurance, tried to charge me for basic support ($40 consultation) and when I did get support they didn't know which products worked with which systems. What a mess. it's clear in my case they were confused and need product training, so watch out!

Lofta sent me a bad Fed ex label for a return. Never received the return I sent and now out 600.00. They wonât put in a ticket to Fed Ex to investigate. Horrible customer service!!!! Because they said they never received it my credit card company will not credit me. This back and forth has been going on for a couple of months.

From doctors appointment to receipt of monitoring device to home sleep study to results to ordering CPAP - 6 days. I expect CPAP machine in 2 more days.
Compared to my regular physician which was 4.5 months through the same steps (clinic study) and an additional 6 weeks are anticipated to get Medicare approval and then receive CPAP. Customer service at Lofta is excellent. Prices are reasonable if you are self-paying.
Lofta worked great for me, for a part purchase
Ordered the ResMed AirSense 11 Air Outlet (PN 39220). Surprisingly, my regular supplier informed me that this piece, though absolutely critical to machine function, isn't considered by insurance (at least mine) to be a "consumable" like pretty much everything else (facemask, hose, filters, water tank, etc., etc.). Huh? First, your machine won't work w/o it - it's the interface between the machine and your tubing! Second, it's plastic and silicone, it's removable and breakable. I remove mine every week and clean it b/c it's part of the air circuit that I breathe from! Since it is so critical, I felt that I should have a spare, so if it did break, I could replace it immediately. So I began a search to find a good price. When I compared price + shipping, Lofta came out great. This was my first experience with the company, and unfortunately there were a fair number of negative reviews, but most seemed related to the whole CPAP machine, sleep testing, etc. Can't speak to that since I got my machine and usual consumables from a local firm. I just needed a PART. Ordering process was very straightforward, "Amazon-like," meaning easy and clear-cut. Communication from Lofta was excellent - immediate confirmation of order, very quick notice of shipment, notice that package was about to arrive, and a final notice that it had arrived. Packaging was excellent and appropriate for the piece. It's a real, bona fide ResMed part (sealed in their packaging), looks exactly like what I've got. Bottom line, for a part, for me, this was an excellent experience. Price + shipping was best I found (found other places with better price, but simply absurd shipping cost so bottom line was awful); Lofta's shipping price was not unreasonable and commensurate with other prices I've seen for similar size items, the shipping was FAST, delivery was FAST, communication was EXCELLENT and the part appears to be quite legitimate, not some cheap knock-off. Thanks! If I need something like this again, I'd definitely search Lofta.

Company uses physicians that are not state side. Dr will not speak to you unless you pay extra, despite advertising that implies you actually get to see a doctor.
Ultimately lofta and their "contracted" physicians gave an conflicting sleep apnea diagnosis and they refuse to clarify the wording on the prescription and diagnosis to alleviate confusion. My advice is to not waste your time or money on this watered down, pathetic excuse of a sleep study.

I was advised to purchase a sleep app machine from this company, but it hasnât improved my sleep; in fact, itâs worsened. After using it for 2-3 weeks, my sleep quality has declined significantly. I doubt I have sleep apnea and suspect theyâre misdiagnosing people for profit. They also refused to refund me, so I plan to contact an attorney.

An easy to use and set up for a sleep apnea test at my home. However, the results report is inaccurate. It overinflated the AHI stat and gave a percentage of a sleep posture. I never sleep in that specific posture. Therefore, the findings have lost any credibility.
