Very Slow Service

Very Slow Service. I have to wait more than one month after my payment. That happened 2 times. I must say the negotiation skill is below average for the employees of the company because they can't convince bloggers even on their existing list.

I used many backlink provider service but Loganix is the slowest. No one can't wait for 40 days to get a link after payment.

One positive side I found is their price is affordable. That's why 2 stars, otherwise I will rate single star for their poor service.

I wanted to cancel my subscription


I wanted to cancel my subscription #AECD0478, because of quality issues with the service, but they are not answering or solving my requests for over 14days.

I thought that this is a legit and quality service, but my experience is quite the opposite. I am really disappointed about how they handle my request and would not recommend anyone getting down the same path.

As noted in our Link Building terms, we can't guarantee that an article WILL be indexed -- we aren't Google and can't reasonably make such a claim. What we DO promise is that there is nothing stopping the article from being indexed, which our SEOs have confirmed.

You didn't make the corrections I asked for. My client is going to come down hard on me for this.

Thanks for sharing your experience with our Press Release service. We've certainly learned a few lessons from this order! As a result we've updated our workflow to allow our clients more time to submit their comments on the content draft before we send it out on the wire.

I checked the final report, and it looks like the correct images were sent out with the press release. It's possible that the broken images are occurring at site level -- we are investigating to find out more.

Mediocre at best, spammy at worst.

I've used SEO to build multiple 6-figure businesses over the course of 15 years, and have used services of top-tier SEO agencies, as well as link-builders like FatJoe and SerpLogic along the way.

This time we decided to give Loganix a shot.

We signed up for a few "shop the list" and branded premium links options. The initial impressions were great - speedy onboarding, great messaging and a sleek customer portal were all very reassuring.

The first couple of links that Loganix delivered were OK.

Not something that a human would be thrilled to read, but not worrying or unnatural. Just above pass grade in the context of Google's content/link standards for 2021.

The rest have been absolute rubbish.

Unnatural, awkward insertions into poorly written, unrelated blog posts that have the potential to damage a backlink profile and trigger a manual penalty by Google. This stuff would have been OK 5+ years ago, but these days it's worthless and dangerous.

At first, I raised my concerns and provided suggestions for improvement, and was met with "thank you, we'll pass on your feedback" types of responses.

A few days later, after another check-in, I realised that they were just feeding me throwaway responses - and that no corrective measures were being taken. Their approach to customer service has been to go to ground and hope things blow over.

We're currently in the process of obtaining refunds for all of the substandard work delivered. We have also disavowed the spammy links that Loganix has built and still waiting for them to remove those, almost 2 weeks later.

Unfortunately, despite the shiny marketing full of big promises, Loganix has delivered mediocrity - at best.

It's been a never ending struggle working with Yext in particular -- their team will find every excuse imaginable to not fix any duplicate citations or get you what you need. However, Loganix has the quickest customer service and they get their work done to the best of their ability! Perfect as always

Perfect as always. Has built the links that I needed at the standard that I would have (should I had the time to do it myself). Always surprised at the level of effort they do to customise and fill in all the fields (at a higher level than my internal team does). It goes to show, if you need expert results, go to an expert. How can a project be marked "complete" when the content is incomplete?!

I am wondering how can you mark a project as "completed" when the content received is incomplete despite a detailed brief. There is no room for reviewing a draft! And even after sending the request to look into the incomplete blog, it takes more than 3 days? I still haven't received word.
I was assured of excellent Canadian and American writers who are specialized in SEO writing, but I'm sorry to say that the blog copy I received was far from it. I even chose the expensive option only because of quality assurance. As one business to another, how does this make sense?

Total rip off

Total rip off. Charged $300 for a guest post in a high DA website but only inserted a link in an old existing blog post in a low DA website.
