Genuinely amazing customer service. I had a few questions about which fin, what size etc and Chris answered them all and we also had a little chat about our different surf breaks too.
The fin came super quick and really safely packaged, with bar of wax (thanks!) and a hand-written note.
Its things like that which show you someone who cares about helping their customers.
