This is our most reliable and always go to place for buying original Logitech products in Pakistan. This is the only officially authorized Logitech store in Pakistan. We trust this store without any doubt and have frequently purchased from them.

I do not mostly post reviews but these guys deserve it. They are unlike other retailers. Very supportive and customer service team is very knowledgeable. I received product earlier than what i was committed. Fully packed like shock proof and received in perfect condition and obviously 100% authentic. Based on my experience i'd have no hesitation ever ordering from them again or recommending them to anyone looking for Logitech products in Pakistan.

They are the officially authorized logitech store in Pakistan which can be verified through their logitech authorization document as well as from Logitech team in Pakistan. Highly recommended.

We know this store since years and we buy headsets for our staff everytime from same store. Products received are without a doubt original and customer service team is always supportive and active during their working hours. They are selling fake logitech products. They are scam and frauds. They are representing themselves as an authorised logitech resellers despite the fact Logitech global has no affiliation with them. They sent damaged and faulty products and then never answer your calls and texts. Beware of them!

I had a genuinely terrible experience with what presents itself as the Logitech Pakistan online store.

I ordered a Logitech keyboard from this store and it arrived defective. The Backspace key barely worked and required excessive force to register. This was a defect present from day one, not wear and tear.

I contacted the store immediately and followed their warranty process. After providing a video, serial number, and order details, their own warranty team confirmed that the product had a manufacturing defect and approved a replacement.

Before sending the keyboard back, I specifically confirmed with their WhatsApp support that if the defect was verified, the company would cover the return shipping cost. I was told clearly that this would be covered once the defect was confirmed.

Based on that assurance, I shipped the defective keyboard back and paid 780 PKR out of my own pocket.

After the defect was officially confirmed and the replacement was processed, I shared proof of the shipping expense and followed up for reimbursement. At that point, everything changed. The earlier confirmation was no longer acknowledged, explanations started shifting, and the policy wording was twisted.

After that, communication stopped completely.

Emails were ignored. WhatsApp messages were left unanswered. There was no written explanation, no closure, and no accountability. The store simply ghosted me once money was involved.

This behavior is not how an authorized or legitimate Logitech reseller should operate. Based on how this case was handled, I strongly suspect this is not an authentic or registered Logitech dealer, despite using the Logitech name and branding.

This store wasted my time, made me bear the cost of their defective product, and then disappeared instead of resolving the issue properly.

My advice is simple: do not fall for this fake Logitech store in Pakistan. If anything goes wrong with your order, you should expect delays, shifting explanations, and eventually complete silence.

Buy Logitech products only from verified and established retailers who can actually take responsibility when problems arise.
