I had an issue activating Windows 11 Pro and contacted customer service on WhatsApp. They replied immediately, sent me a new set of keys, and asked me to confirm everything worked. On a Saturday, no less. Outstanding service.

Purchased a windows 11 pro key, and it did not work. They refused to answer my email asking for a refund.

Sent invalid let and failed to respond to request to address the issue.

I honestly didn’t expect it to be this easy. Bought a Windows key, got it right away, and it activated without any problems. No back and forth, no confusion. Everything just worked. Pretty happy with the purchase and would use Logkeys again.

Bought a Win 11 Pro key and it didn't work. It says that the key has already been used on another device.
