Got one $1.99 logo and found they had taken 2 x $35 payments. But I was able to turn off the recurring payment in my cc app. Why is this site not shut down?

Scammers. you pay once for a logo (1,99) then they charge your credit card 35 USD every month

You can't get in touch with anyone and they start charging you without telling you, said it was 1.99 then it turned into $35 a month with no notice , no signing or anything, hard to cancel. Beware. It's a scam

Same as everyone else says. You may pay £1.99 willfully but whether you subscribe or unsubscribe they still try to take around £35 every few days. It’s been going on for about a month with me. I even cancelled the card but somehow they are still managing to attempt payments when there is no direct debit etc.

This company is taking $35 from my checking account since last month. I never agreed or signed up for monthly service. This is fraud. Trying to figure out who they are so I can get it stopped.

Scammers! I was looking for a logo maker a couple of months ago and must have visited this site. I never used them but some how my card has been charged by them for the last couple of months!

Taking money without my permission

Absolute scammers. I haven’t signed up for anything and they unsolicitedly charged my card 2 months in a row until I finally found the website to cancel the subscription I never signed up to. I blocked my card so they do t charge anymore and yet every 2 days they keep trying and keep increasing the fee. I have never accepted any subscription terms or anything like that. I will be reporting them for fraud and do not recommend using their website. Avoid at all costs.

Scam company. They retain your payment details and charge your card again and again.

Not a real company, just a bunch of scammers. Avoid at all costs! Same thing happened to me as to other people who left reviews, money debited from my account without me having signed up to anything. Plus their contact email doesn't work. Tried sending them messages to no avail. Company must be reported.

This is the easiest logo design software I ever used and I highly recommend it. My logo came out great and looks like it was created by a professional. Customer service was excellent too.

Have sent two emails regarding cancelling my subscription after being charged monthly £27.72 for a logo, that I have never used. They still have not responded to my e mails.

Please avoid....they took $35.99 from me. Have contacted my bank and ordered a new card. SCAM

Same as the reviews below. Contact your bank they can go back 120 days on these sort of transactions , they will raise a depute and you should get your money back. Cancel the subscription, and get the bank to issue you with a new card and unlink this companies transactions

100% scam. I paid $1.99 for a simple design just one. Since then they have been charging me $35/month.

They did not mention that I would be signing up for any subscription of that sort. I have cancelled my account but still get charged till today. I don’t know how I can fix it. This business is a scam.

Major fraud. They steal money after you cancel subscription and looking at the reviews they’re in the business of scamming. Good for ideas for logo but don’t put any card details in ever!

I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could! These app people took my $1.99 for a logo design and then kept my card information to charge me $35! They have overdrawn my bank account! No where on their entire website did it mention anything about charging a $35 fee!
I cancelled their subscription, which by the way never mentions a $35 subscription. I have yet to see this rip off/scam corrected in my bank account. I had to have my bank card locked and changed out for a new one, so now I'm stuck without a bank card. What a FKN nightmare!
Now I see all the reviews of folks complaining about the same scam, so I know I definitely ain't alone in this horrible experience. Can't afford for scammers to be ripping me off! I have a family/kids' to feed and they just ripped the food right out of my kids mouths. I'm so disgusted right now.
When I found out I was under a subscription (-$35 taken from my account), it was a hard finding a way to cancel it.
