I normally do not write reviews, however had to share that I was so impressed with LogoDesign, and specifically Alan Smith, Sr. Sales and Account Manager. Alan was amazing helping us with our new business logo and new business cards. Alan was very knowledgeable, very professional, and patient with all of our changes. Alan is the only printer I will work with. Thank you Alan for all of your hard work, you are awesome and so appreciated!

I made and downloaded a logo about 4 years ago.
Since then, I have a never ending series of emails to "buy the logo and have it transferred ownership to me."

2 years ago, I responded to ask the price. It was atrocious, so I declined.
The guy's response on Friday 6/10/22:
"Alexander Thomas [Redacted Email Address]
​Thanks that’s helpful. Please select a different logo and name for yourself as we will be selling it to someone else.
Once done please let me know.

I guess he didn't like that I didn't want to buy "ownership" of the logo.
However, his message was also falsely stated. Based on the exchange, it was his continued high pressure sales tactic.

Way to go in misleading high pressure sales tactics in an unethical way.

I've used a lot of logo design companies. This has been the worst.

Absolutely atrocious. Will never use again and will tell everyone to avoid

Easy to use and so many to different designs to choose from

Is too expensive and once you downloaded, you can't modify your logo

Its false advertising as it just ads extras after initial quote

The ease of the program was great however when checking out a glitch happened and lines appeared that I couldn't remove. I reached out in the chat and was told I had to wait til the next day to get tech support for them to fix it since it was nearing the end of the business day. I called the next morning. At first they said they couldn't help me but once I shared what the rep Adam said, the person rescinded and assisted me.

We had the Logo Design team redo our fire department logo/patch in high quality. We wanted a few improvements to the image when we doing the design and had hoped the design experts would make that process easy for us. The design team did what we asked, but not without us putting some work in and clearing stating what we wanted through each proof. They also did not go above and beyond to do anything more than we asked. It would have been nice to see the design team try something different to enhance our design more than what we asked for. It did take a several emails and business days to get to a final updated design we were satisfied with. We are glad that Logo Design does give you unlimited design modifications until satisfied.

Because I tend to do a lot of my own personal work in the evening this was ideal as the time difference meant that I was able to speak with someone rather than a bot directly from the beginning.
An Immediate response and interaction with the service provider gives me confidence in the work that is going to be processed. I also don't like hanging on for days which luckily did not happen with Logo Design. Bill was helpful, reassuring, and patient. I feel like he listened and provided the correct options with his drafts, of course I feel that my sketch probably also helped but nonetheless I am happy with the design and the time it took to complete.

I had a design concept, and only logo design provided the needed tools, illustrations, tools, packages, and high quality files. When I went to finish up, a design consultant, not an AI, spent plenty of time to help me to get EXACTLY what I needed. Oscar Marshall was kind, considerate, and most helpful; Not a pushy sales person but a patient art designer.

They are honest and trustworthy as their service is really fast with results. Their logo designs are also good which our company is using but please make sure you take the copyrights as well.
