This company was especially easy to work with. Based on life experience in all different facets I liked how they treated me. There work was always exactly what I asked for. Sometimes the creative team would do there own thing and I loved it.

My experience has not been great. I thought I had bought a logo design and business card. The business card has been difficult because it doesn’t seemed to wanna download without charging me more money. The sales guys are annoying.

Very happy with the logo, and the assistance on chat.
After the first time they tried to talk me into buying the logo, and i declined, I believe that should have been enough. The second time was an irritation, and the 3rd time was almost feeling like harassment.

Shaun is our contact point, he is very friendly and efficient. Our logo are with English and Chinese. The design team did it according to my request in a timely manner. I couldn’t thank them more. I highly recommend their logo design to all startups.

The site is cool. This site make the best logos. I give five stars because the logos on the site are very good and the help from the employees was good.

The artwork and choices offered are good, but your heading on the search said "free" and this was not free but rather expensive for the product I purchased. I found this tactic dishonest and misleading. Also, I didn't really like the up-sale in regards to emailing and texting me regarding exclusive rights. All in all, I do like the logo, but it came with a cost "financially that is".

LogoDesign created and customized our logo. The process was smooth and the team they have is amazing and helpful. Their reply was prompt and no doubt the designers team is Creative. They took very little time for the logo. Highly satisfied and recommended.

This company helped me create a fast no hassle logo, from their drop down artwork. When I had a little issue that I missed fixing, they jumped up and fixed the issue I had. If you are looking for a fast and inexpensive logo design, this is the website to use!

Great design and excellent service! Highly recommend.

Fraudulent and wont respond to my emails requesting a refund. They sell you a design but then later tell you that you may not have the rights to use it... after they take your money and refuse refunds.

Is this what they do? You buy the Logo and a few months later they message you saying you need to pay $400 or else you can't use it anymore? I got an email today telling me that someone else wants the complete copyright to my logo and must act fast to buy it.
I am very unhappy with these tactics and would rather change my logo than deal with such dishonesty.

Logo download was low quality and could not be used on my Square retail website. Additionally, my logo download came with some weird red and orange shapes on the sides and I have not been able to contact anyone who can help me get those shapes removed. One guy (Alexander) contacted me once but when I declined to purchase the rights to the logo, he quickly ended the call and I have not heard back from him about the needed edits to the downloaded file. Would not use them again and would not recommend them either!

Great product and site easy to navigate. Customer service was fantastic! Jonathan Almeida worked with me until I was 100% satisfied with the design. Gave me a great deal not able to get on the site. Will be recommending Jonathan to my clients and will definitely be using him for any of our corporation’s future needs.

John worked with me every step of the way including more than change to the logo design. He was terrific and very efficient. I highly recommend their services.
