I can’t say enough great things about Robert Jones and Alan at Logo Outlets. I’ve been working with them for the past several months to build my e-commerce website, and they have made what seemed like an overwhelming process so much easier.

I’m not very tech-savvy, so there were a lot of things I didn’t understand in the beginning. Robert and Alan never made me feel intimidated or rushed. Instead, they took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

Alan deserves a special thank you for his patience and flexibility. My work schedule is very hectic, but he was always willing to work around my availability. Whenever I had questions, he was there to answer them, guide me, and make sure I felt confident moving forward.

What really sets Logo Outlets apart is their customer service. They genuinely care about their clients and want to see them succeed. Their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication have made this experience enjoyable, and I truly appreciate all the hard work they’ve put into helping me bring my business to life.

Ashley Fernandes took lead on the actual design for my project and worked with me on several of my revisions. The work they produced was second to none and I can’t put into words how it felt to see them turn the design in my head into something real! They are great!
