They were very responsive and fairly priced. What stood out was the first draft was very close to the end product. This makes the creative process easier for those who do not have capacity for marketing art and design.

Nathan and his team are just wonderful. I am so busy, he understood that, and he and his team used their creativity and imagination to build something I cannot find anyone has done online. If you are looking to get an excellent service from the beginning to the end, then call Logo Poppin, you will love them! Will also be referring business to them :) Thank you guys!

I hired Logo Poppin for my logo design initially. I was so impressed with their work I hired them for a second project as well. They are quick and professional. I will be a customer for life.

They did a wonderful job with my logo. Cool design and quick response time. I tell everyone about them and show off my new logo all the time.

The communication was great from the very beginning. They provided professional work in a timely manner and was pleased at every step of the way.

My experience was seamless. I contacted this company and got a call back the following day and my rep Nathan began working on my logo. The level of communication was exceptional and Nathan held true to his commitments when he advised he would have my logo completed. If you are needing a professional company to do your logo look no further.

Logo Poppin is great!!! I really appreciate the patience this company has, as we are working towards enhance to logo for my business. I also appreciate the detail in their work and also how much they have been communicating with me on this project.

They are good at doing LOGOS but don’t have the expertise needed for website.

Logos received were not very creative and unique like promised on website, and even included clip art from google. Fast with responses and customer support, but overall displeased with quality of work.

I had an outstsnfing experience with Nathan at Login Poppin. Nathan provided outstanding customer service the entire I eork eith him o. designing a logo and building a wrbsite. I would highly recommend Logo Poppin for your ligo or web duding needs.

I absolutely love my logo. The first logo I wanted to design was not simple. I wanted a very original and detailed logo. Daniel was so patient and understanding. He listened to every detail and kept working until I loved it. I loved it so much I decided to pay for an animation. The animation was the cherry on top. It’s absolutely amazing. I was so pleased with this company I went back for another logo for our other business. It came out perfect! Logopoppin is the best!

When I started my fragrance company I needed a website created for it. I didn’t know where to start. I saw an advertisement of social media for Logo Poppin and saw their work and decided to give them a try. I’m so happy I did they created the perfect website for my company and they where very easy to contact if I had questions or issue with site.

Logo Poppin redesigned my nonprofit website roughly 1 year ago and delivered upon expectation, however, I wish that I could revoke my initial review. My employees with assigned webmail addresses attached to the site keep getting emails from women across the world inquiring about sex. Logo Poppin has not been helpful in preventing these messages through added security features and required that I sign up with monthly services in order for them to stop the sexual spam messages from rolling into my employees. Not satisfied.

The whole process was average. I love the logo that was created as it's the exact vision that I explained.

The con's and why I rated 3 stars:
-packages are advertised that customer will receive "7" file formats and for my logo I only received "6". I didn't receive file SVG that was advertised. (AI, PSD, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF)

- I ordered a branding package for stationary items such as business card, letterhead, business envelope etc. When the files were done, and I didn't need any more revisions. I got an email requesting this information below.

I had already explained several times before that this business has not launched. I emailed and asked if they could just send me the files and I will edit them myself when I have the information. I was told they could send me the files with the dummy information. on 7/19/22. I agreed and stated that it would be fine. Well, they didn't end up sending me the files with the dummy content, so I had to reach back out on 7/22/22 informing them that I never received the files with the dummy content. Please know, during the process when they are working on concepts you will receive an image to your email of how the mockup look but not the actual file formats such as "ai, jpg, pdf, and etc" Also, the mockups have watermarks so you will want to get the actual files that you paid for right? Well, after requesting the actual files with the dummy content I got an email saying "CLICK THIS LINK" to download files. This was very upsetting as nowhere in their package does it state that customers will have to go "WeTransfer" to download files. When I received my logo they sent me the files straight to my email and I only had to download from there. I felt uncomfortable receiving a link to a website that I knew nothing about. I had to create an account on "WeTransfer" to obtain the files. I was told that they couldn't email me the files as they were too large. So, when I downloaded the files from "WeTransfer" I then attached the files to an email and was able to do so even with them being large. So, I'm not sure why they wouldn't just send the files or break the files up. I told Logo Poppin that no one on social media stated that they had to go to "WeTranfer" and that I would speak with individual on social media again about me having to go to "WeTransfer" and I was immediately told on the phone "well we don't usually use WeTransfer but had to this time do to files being large. Which still didn't make sense as I was able to email the same files in the same zip folder or as I stated the files could have been broken up into smaller files. Im not sure why I was emailed a link when requesting the final files that I paid for.

Overall, my whole experience with this company was average and they are great at designing but need to work on their delivery process and actually double checking that they provide customers with all files that they are paying for.

I am very thrilled to meet up with the most talented people I ever met in the world of logo and web site design. Excellent work and I am very satisfied from the beginning of my project to the end...
