LOHNR is a fully registered and established brand with a USA-based returns hub, prepaid return labels, and a dedicated customer support team. We stand behind every order and every customer.

Based on the timeline shared, this situation appears to involve a carrier tracking issue during transit. In some cases, tracking updates can temporarily appear inconsistent when a shipment is moving between facilities or carriers, which can understandably be frustrating. That said, this is not the standard we aim to deliver.

If an order is ever delayed or does not arrive as expected, we take full responsibility and ensure the customer is taken care of, whether that means a replacement or a refund.

We have already flagged this case internally and are reviewing it directly to ensure it is resolved properly.
