Excellent service and excellent quality.

The shoes are very beautiful, nice design and good material. They are also very comfortable and that makes me happy since it's hard to find elegant shoes for feet that are 80 years old.

Een persoonlijk bericht van de eigenaar is waar ik mee werd verrast. Snelle en correcte service en verpakking. Makkelijke en handige QR methode voor gratis retourzending van niet passende schoenen. Ik ben zeer blij verrast en blij dat ik mijn favoriete merk schoenen kan blijven bestellen rechtstreeks bij de leverancier/ fabrikant!

Prima schoenen van hoge kwaliteit. Niets op aan te merken.

Duidelijke website met informatie over de artikelen; levering volgens afspraak; goede kwaliteit van schoenen. Deze laatste ervaring was te verwachten omdat mijn eerdere ervaringen met dit bedrijf ook goed zijn geweest.
Als aan vulling hierop kan ik nog melden dat er iets niet goed gegaan was met de terugbetaling van de geretourneerde schoenen. Daarover heb ik een email gestuurd, waarop zeer adequaat is gereageerd door het te herstellen. Mijn aanvankelijke teleurstelling daarover werd ruimschoots goed gemaakt door het snelle herstel en daarbij kreeg ik nog een kortingscode. Hartelijk dank daarvoor.

I love the footwear. Despite having arthritis, I never have sore feet with these shoes. I also love the styles. Service is great.

I have 4 pairs of this particular shoe which is extremely comfortable, and looks equally correct for the office or casual wear.
I always receive compliments when I wear them.

my 3rd pair of Tuuthees - this time in red, and my green and navy pairs are still going strong! So comfortable for every day, all day use. I had bought the other two pairs in a shop some time ago and so was confident that I'd have no trouble with buying online directly from Loints in terms of sizing and look.

I received the shoes but they weren't a match with my feet. So I send them back. I received my money back correctly.

I was a loyal Loints of Holland customer for years, drawn by their reputation for quality materials, modern design, and comfort. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my opinion of this brand.
THE PROBLEM:
My favorite boots, which I expected to last for years based on the brand’s reputation, completely fell apart at the front seam after just one winter of normal use. For a premium-priced shoe that markets itself on durability and quality materials, this is absolutely unacceptable.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE:
When I contacted the company about this clear quality defect, I was offered a mere 25€ discount on a future purchase. This response completely misses the point - why would I want to buy new shoes from a brand when my previous pair failed so dramatically?
WHAT’S WRONG WITH THIS APPROACH:
1. No accountability - No acknowledgment that the product failed prematurely
2. No quality assessment - No investigation into what went wrong
3. No real solution - A discount doesn’t restore confidence in quality
4. Poor customer value - Long-term customers deserve better than vouchers
THE REAL ISSUE:
This isn’t about money - it’s about trust. When you pay premium prices for shoes marketed as durable and well-made, you expect them to last more than one season. The company’s response shows they don’t stand behind their products when quality issues arise.
WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN APPROPRIATE:
• A replacement pair to demonstrate commitment to quality
• A genuine assessment of what went wrong
• Assurance about improved quality control
• At minimum, a refund for a clearly defective product
FINAL THOUGHTS:
I understand the company went through bankruptcy, but that doesn’t excuse poor quality control or inadequate customer service. Other customers deserve to know that if you have problems with Loints of Holland shoes, don’t expect meaningful support.
I cannot recommend this brand anymore and will be sharing this experience to help other consumers make informed decisions.

article un peu différent de ce que je pensais avoir vu
le cuir est très sec et un peu dur, ce qui est contraire à toutes mes expériences de Loints.

Loint shoes fit always perfect and are very comfortable.
Only last time I received a color that I did not expected. I thought it was senape yellow but than I received a pair of Tommel cosmic shoes... Otherwise I'm always very happy with your Loint shoes!!!
