Sito truffa, ti danno un prezzo per un volo e ptivano in tutti i modi ad aggiungere servizi accessori, alla fine ti dicono che quel.prezzo non è più valido e costa molto di più. DA DENUNCIA ALL'ASSOCIAZIONE CONSUMATORI

Chiedo da giorni assistenza (con l'apertura di diversi ticket) per un posticipo di un volo da parte della compagnia aerea. Tale posticipo non mi permette di prendere la coincidenza (il primo volo arriva infatti dopo che la coincidenza è partita) e rientrare in Italia. Necessito di essere contattata per trovare quanto prima una soluzione alternativa. E' inaccettabile che non si riesca a parlare con un operatore e che si possano solo aprire ticket, senza avere la conferma da parte dell'agenzia che qualcuno ha preso in carico la tua richiesta.

URGENT – Unable to access booking due to wrong email entered
I booked a flight through LOL.travel but accidentally entered a completely incorrect email address, so I cannot access my booking or receive the confirmation.
I have payment proof and full booking details, but I am unable to contact support because all help pages redirect to automated articles.
This is urgent as the flight is approaching.
Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

ZERO support. Family with infant stranded abroad — LOL Travel completely ignoring us.

We booked return flights through LOL Travel. Qatar Airways cancelled our flights due to the Middle East conflict. Qatar Airways confirmed in writing that our booking EXISTS in their system but is registered under LOL Travel's agency contact details — meaning only LOL Travel can action a refund or rebooking on our behalf.

We contacted LOL Travel through every available channel — their website contact form (multiple times), their help center, and email. ZERO response. Not a single reply.

We are a family of 3 including an infant child, currently stranded abroad with no way to get home. Our flight date is approaching in days. Every hour of silence from LOL Travel causes real financial damage — hotel costs, meals, and the risk of missing the flight entirely.

Qatar Airways has explicitly told us: "Your booking remains under the travel agency's control — any refund or alteration must go through them." So LOL Travel is the ONLY party who can help us right now. And they are choosing to ignore us completely.

This is not a minor inconvenience. This is a family with a baby, stranded, with no support from the company that took our money.

I have now filed formal complaints with AGCM (Italy), ECC-Net, and Latvian consumer protection authorities (PTAC). I will pursue every available legal avenue under EU Directive 2015/2302 on package travel.

Avoid LOL Travel at all costs. When something goes wrong — and it will — they simply disappear.

Viajo mucho y la experiencia con esta empresa es nefasta. SIEMPRE suben el precio cuando ya has rellenado todo, de repente dicen que ha subido el precio. Da igual a la hora que lo hagas, siempre es igual. Prefiero pagar en la aerolínea que hacerlo con ellos, porque siempre intentan engañar.

Impossibile poter parlare con qualcuno a avere assistenza! Acquistato un volo Malè-Fiumicino con scalo a Dubai, il giorno dopo la compagnia flydubai mi avvisa che il volo è stato cancellato, nessun avviso a mail ricevuta da LOL TRAVEL!! Ho tentato di contattarli in tutti i modi possibili ma dopo quasi 48 ore nessun riscontro! Situazione urgentissima!!

I had a nightmare experience with Lol.travel. I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong date and contacted them within 2 hours of purchase to cancel, following Finnair’s official 24-hour money-back guarantee.

Even though Finnair confirmed that this booking is eligible for a full refund (as it was requested within 24 hours and the flight is more than 7 days away), Lol.travel’s support team (specifically a representative named Michelle) flatly refused to help. They sent generic copy-paste responses claiming the fare is non-refundable, intentionally ignoring the airline's mandatory refund policy.

Their phone lines are constantly busy or disconnected, making it impossible to reach them in a time-critical situation. They essentially stalled their responses until the 24-hour window passed to avoid their responsibility.

This is a predatory agency that ignores carrier rules to keep your money. If you are in the same situation, do not waste time talking to them—contact your bank immediately for a chargeback.

DO NOT BOOK WITH LOL.TRAVEL! Buy directly from the airline to avoid being scammed like this.

Non ho mai avuto a che fare con un agenzia così disorganizzata, sbagliata la data del cambio volo pur pagando centinaia di euro, ora mi richiedono ulteriori 2 cambi sempre da centinaia di euro ognuno, per volare nella data indicata sin dall inizio,call center e qualsiasi numero affiliato a loro che non risponde mai, pur essendo 24h, sono in attesa di un chiarimento o si procederà per vie legali.

I simply bought the tickets and got them. Firstly I didn't get them on e-mail. But this is because their system differs upper and lowcase characters. Support works fine, but not 24/7.

Flight change or cancellation needed numerous exchanges and repetitions. Lol claimed to need to contact the airline company. 55 admin fee from.their side defucted from already tiny refund. Payment didn't arrive. Now they claim to have send a message asking to confirm again to cancel, which I have not seen nor understsnd why it would be necessary after 3 messsges stating please cancel. And the reimbursemrnt has gone down to 12% of original total price

He reservado un vuelo con ellos y he añadido maleta de cabina (55x40x23) por un suplemento. De hecho marcaba con n check verde que estaba incluida.
Cuando me llega el desglose, no veo maleta alguna. Me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que incluye una bolsa.
He pasgado un suplemento para nada?
además tiene la desfachatez de intentar vacilarme.
Les he pedido la devolución, y se niegan.

Ho provato diverse volte a prenotare perché dai comparatori risultava il più vantaggioso. Tutto bene fino al momento del pagamento dove, dopo tutta la trafila del compilare le varie voci, ti ritrovi con una indicazione che il prezzo è cambiato.... E quindi lasci stare e cambi

A SCAM!!!!!!! I arrived to book my family flight starting from Skyscanner, which redirected me to this site offering the best fare. The site seemed reassuring, intuitive, and easy to use. But as soon as I made the payment, I received an email saying that the booking had not been confirmed—despite the money being deducted from my card—and that they were waiting for a response from the airline. A few minutes later, another email arrived saying that the flights would not be the ones I had chosen and that the price had increased. Unfortunately, considering the amount of money spent, this situation caused me a lot of anxiety and stress. There is information that should be provided to consumers beforehand, not after the fact. It is a terrible experience to find yourself out of pocket and without a plane ticket. The website did not provide any information, prior to payment, about the need to wait for a response from the airline.

Incredible ! 0 problems with my flight

Son unos si vergüenzas, te cancelan parte del viaje y no te responden, les pides devolución del dinero y te piden 55€ de gestión por reembolso, nunca te contestan en español y menos el teléfono.
Espero q muchas personas lean este mensaje y se olviden de comprar en esta agencia de viajes, esta solo es una de las plataformas donde dejaré mi opinión, difundiré mi inconformidad por todos los medios posibles.
