We are a home blood testing service where all tests include a home appointment for a nurse to take the blood sample. The nurse will send your sample to the lab for analysis, which are the same labs the NHS uses, and your results come with a Doctor review also. Lola was created due to our frustrations with the other servics which are expensive, do not contain enough markers and they use fingerprick testing which is both unpleasant and unreliable. Our tests cost less, we do a full analysis and the prices includes the nurse blood collection and doctor review.

Very good experience - first time used
First time using Lola and found the experience very good. Quite straight forward, good customer service. I had to rebook my blood draw and the team were very helpful to arrange an alternative pharmacist and time over the phone. All is very easy to use and sends notifications. Results available quickly on hte app or email with a review from a registered doctor. Would highly recommend and would use again

I had an excellent experience with…
I had an excellent experience with Lola—the process was seamless from start to finish. The nurse visit was scheduled exactly when I wanted, and my blood results were ready as expected. I was particularly impressed with the doctor’s summary and review of my results, which was both informative and insightful. I would definitely recommend Lola and will be using their services again in the future.

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend!
As a first-time customer, I was thoroughly impressed with Lola from start to finish. The ordering process was seamless, with a wide variety of tests available to choose from. Communication with the phlebotomist was excellent, making the experience smooth and stress-free. I was kept informed at every stage, where my samples were, when they were being processed and when I could expect my results. The turnaround time was incredibly swift! What stood out the most was the detailed explanation of my results, highlighting areas where my levels were low and providing clear guidance on what steps to take next. Considering it’s been over a week and I still can’t get an appointment with my GP, this service has been an absolute game-changer. I will certainly be using it again and highly recommend it to anyone needing quick and reliable blood testing.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend! Purchased an "advanced" kit, the results were processed extremely fast, the doctor had sent his report on the same day of them receiving the blood test.
The doctor had also called me while he was reviewing my results to briefly discuss some results. He recommended I go to the GP the next day which I did. Having now had a blood test at the GP (GP recommendation) I can confirm the accuracy of the test. The advice/conclusions given by the doctor also matched what my GP said. Very reassured on the quality of the service.

Professional service from start to finish. From booking, to the blood draw and receipt of results. Was nervous about having someone show up to my house but Louise, my phlebotomist, was prompt, friendly & professional putting me completely at ease.

I had a great experience with Lola
I had a great experience with Lola, I picked them because they offered widest range of biomarkers available in my area with a reasonable price. I booked the store sample option, but I decided to change to a home visit which was done over the chat function without an issue. The kit arrived later than expected due to Royal Mail delay, but was easy to rearrange the home visit for a later date. The sample was taken on Monday and the results were ready on Friday. I was happy with the service all over and would recommend.

Excellent experience from start to…
Excellent experience from start to finish. First time using Lola and the process was seamless. From receiving my test kit, to booking in with a local pharmacy. Within 2 days of sending my kit I received my results with an individual breakdown and great overall review. I would highly recommend using Lola Health.

First time using Lola Health..
First time using Lola Health..
I have always used medichecks or randox health. However I thought I’d try Lola as the cost was more preferable and it’s still cheaper with the phlebotomist visit..
The bloods was taken at 9.30am and I had my full results with review but 9pm the next day, which is unbelievable how quick and detailed the doctors review was.
I fully recommend Lola health and will be using them from now on

Fab service start to finish
Recently had a 360 test and was very impressed, being able to book a phlebotomist to come to my house at a time that suited me and around my difficult working hours was amazing!
He was absolutely fantastic and I felt instantly at ease ( I’m normally super nervous ! )
My results came through after a few days and were so detailed and easy to understand with a general summary explaining next steps I should consider. Would 100% recommend !

Take charge of your health
Very professional and efficient process from start to finish, Very easy to select your preferred test and book a date for the phlebotomist to take bloods, Dean was a really nice interesting guy who makes you feel at ease during what is a very quick process.
Couldn’t believe it when the results were available the very next evening with clear but informative explanations and an overview by a GP to provide the context.
Brilliant service and will be recommending to friends and family as part of preventive health care.

Great experience with Lola
Great experience with Lola. Quick & easy to book, the phlebotomist was AMAZING (he's called Dennis). I hate needles and he was brilliant, I hardly even noticed him taking the blood. I got my results in less than 48 hours and it was super comprehensive and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended!
