Very good indeed. Comprehensive set of tests at a competitive cost. The app is good too. Having a nurse come to your home and take blood rather than the awful finger prick method is also a massive bonus.

So I registered to work with Lola they promised shifts around my area as in the interview they asked me my postcode.
I had high expectations even canceled my holiday cause I thought I'd be busy working.
They posted 3 jobs in Wales and Hastings and even couldn't reply to that job.
The lady who handled all the bookings the other hand she is very rude and unprofessional taking days to reply to a message and she took me off the app when I requested for my documents
saying I'm rude for telling them they wasted my time. Respect is earned and should be reciprocated. She felt the need to use little power she had over me. By removing me from the app.
Again.
Waste of time!

Seamless. The phlebotomist sent a text to tell me she was on her way. She was absolutely lovely and professional. Blood results within a week. Faultless company!

I recently used Lola's blood testing services, and I’m genuinely impressed.
From the moment I booked the appointment to receiving my results, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

Brilliant Service from start to finish.
Truly impressed how quickly I got my results, my blood was taken yesterday and results were ready by the next day! Amazing!! Will definitely use Lola again.

The whole process was super efficient from start to finish - someone came to take the bloods within a few days at a time that suited me, and I received my results within 36 hours. Upon receiving my results I realised I had purchased the wrong test and asked to upgrade and have further markers run, this request was completed without fuss, even though it was my mistake on booking.

Very efficient service! Once my blood was collected it was analyzed by the next day and reviewed by a doctor. The app seems very good too I can check and filter my normal and above or below normal biomarkers and I can also click to see trends which means when I do more tests I can see any differences created by any supplements or diet changes I've made. Overall, I'd highly recommend

Lola check more important health markers than other companies do, and their prices are more competitive. Add to that the convenience of having the blood draw done in the comfort of your own home, and it makes for an excellent service.

When buying your test you get a wider range of blood draw times to choose from compared to other similar companies I've used in the past. The phlebotomist visited right on time and was lovely and very efficient, then the results themselves arrived in perfect time as well.

If I've had any questions or queries I've also found Lola's chat support function on their website is also extremely responsive for any questions or queries that might crop up, either when buying your test or asking any questions afterwards.

I'm normally forgetful when it comes to leaving online reviews, but I've been so impressed with Lola that I made sure to share my experience with others.

At a very anxious time due to an elderly relative feeling very unwell the service provided by Lola was superb. Blood was taken at home by a professional and experienced nurse who was efficient and supportive and very caring.

Every query we had during this process from booking until follow up questions regarding results was handled quickly, fully explained in an open and friendly manner.

The costs of services is excellent value for money and of the highest standard. The results given comprehensive, reviewed by a doctor and follow up questions answered.

Excellent service, real value for money would not hesitate to recommend this company given our experience.

Im very happy with the service. The nurse came to my home to take the blood whereas before i had to travel 60 miles to a superdrug store.
The results were received the following evening which is an excellent service. Thank you for providing this much needed and valuable service.

Easy to book and arrange. Quick service. Roughly 30 mins for the bloods to be taken and 2 days tk get results with a comprehensive description of all findings. Night and day compared to any NHS bloods I've had done and well worth paying for.

Easy to book tests, collection of samples as well as results emailed to you is the best way to keep track of your health. I was so pleased with the biomarkers and what I need to focus on like vitamins and minerals.

It was so so simple. After doing some research I loved that you get someone to come by and take the blood. I wanted this done by a professional. The results came back so quickly as well. I didn’t find the actual dr interpretation all that helpful but they also didn’t know the reason for me taking the test. Would be smart to ask in advance. For example i wanted to see if any hair growth indicating biomarkers were off - and yes, they were even though the markers were within “the norm” they were still too low for optimal hair growth. Great service tho, I’d do it again :)

The test was fast and efficient. The nurse who came out to me was great and made me feel at ease. I did mention that I was interested in my fertility hormones as I plan to try again to conceive, no mention of what the fertility hormone levels meant was mentioned in my dr report so that part of the test feels pretty pointless as I can’t interpret them. My prolactin levels were high which might be what’s causing my infertility, again no mention of the link to fertility in my doctors report. My TSH level was also at the lowest of the scale which I also know can affect sustaining a pregnancy, again no mention of this, That’s a huge disappointment for me and I will now have to redo the tests with Hertility. I’m really happy with the rest of the tests though. The layout is easy to read. I would retest again with Lola but would use Hertility if you want any insite into the fertility side.
