Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London! A commitment that still defines who we are today. We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem! Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

The limited edition pistachio cake was not good at all. I had to throw away the cake as no one wanted to eat

Perfection!!

I purchased this beautiful cake for my Mom's friend and she absolutely loved it.
The wrapping and presentation was amazing!
The cake was delicious!

Beautiful cake visually and in taste

Beautiful cake visually and in taste. Delivered on time and I was notified throughout. The driver even rang me to confirm he had the correct address. The cake was delicious and when I asked questions via email I got a quick response. Thank you 🙏

I love love love this company honestly

I love love love this company honestly, I have brought two cakes for kids and I have zero zero zero faults exactly how you see it advertised is exactly how you will pick it and the flavour is 10/10 not one compliant. Very satisfied customer and one for life.
