Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Helpful staff
The staff were very friendly and so helpful in helping me order the cake for my daughters birthday. The cake itself looked absolutely gorgeous and tasted good. The flavours for me could have been a lot more special.

good customer service and delicious cupcakes
I reached out to order ahead of time online, and the process was easy. I sent an email to confirm details and they got back quickly. The cupcakes were ready to be picked up on time and they were delicious!

Moist and delicious
I recently ordered a cake from Lola’s Cupcakes, and it was absolutely fantastic! The cake was fresh, moist, and delicious, with just the right balance of sweetness. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients.
The pickup process was super easy and hassle-free, I was able to select the date and store that was convenient for me. I also loved that I could customise the name to make it more special.
