If you'd like a refund, you can simply return the items to us, and we will issue a full refund, just like any other business. All return and refund details are clearly outlined in our return policy.

While our fulfillment center is based in Austria, many of our UK and international customers still successfully return items when needed. If shipping is a concern, we’re happy to guide you through the return method.
