On time, reliable, takes the stress out of pre- booking

Leigh is an excellent communicator who is extremely punctual. We have no hesitancy in recommending his airport service. Good value and I say skip share rides and go for London Black Taxi!

My ride was from Central London to Heathrow Terminal 4. I am a solo woman traveller with heavy baggage. I would not hesitate to recommend.Very easy booking process, helpful and reliable throughout, from my advance booking to receipt of confirmations and updates in advance and on the day regarding driver details.
My driver was Scott. Very professional and courteous, lovely and comfortable drive to the airport in an immaculate car, and great conversation. Good value too. Could not ask for more!

We took the 4 hour tour with Andy and had a great experience. He customized our tour based on things we wanted to see and provided excellent commentary. He exceeded our expectations and all 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend Andy.

Traveling can always be stressful but when you are a party of five with a two-year old and a six year old and a lot of luggage the stress level doubles! London Black Taxi removed so much of the stress with the ease of booking our reservation on their website. We received a confirmation immediately and received a very quick response to an email we sent.

Our driver, Nicky, was wonderful and let us know when he arrived for pickup. He managed all of our luggage(it was a lot and included a baby pram) and had us on the road before our scheduled time. He was extremely helpful and friendly and got us to Heathrow safe and sound.

We booked 4 trips with London Black Taxi during our 2 week trip to the UK—2 airport transfers to/from Heathrow and 2 day trips outside London. Nicky and Leigh always arrived early to let us know they were there whenever we were ready to depart. They were courteous, cordial and had a great sense of humor.

When I was doing research for our trip, Nicky always responded promptly to my emails even though there was an 8 hour time difference between us.

We highly recommend London Black Taxi and would book them with no hesitation on a return trip to the UK. We appreciate how much time and effort it takes for a black cab driver to acquire the knowledge it takes to navigate London. Just make sure you have the correct LondonBlackTaxi.co.uk company because there are others with similar sounding names.

I booked with Nicky .. communication was excellent and he was at Heathrow waiting for us which was a huge relief after a long haul flight from New Zealand.

Prompt, efficient and reasonably priced service! The drivers were very accommodating and friendly. We had a ton of stuff along with 5 people and they got us into and out of London without a hitch. It was also nice being able to coordinate our pick ups ahead of time. Would highly recommend travelers to give these guys a call!
