London Cleaning Wizard レビュー

At London Cleaning Wizard, a good clean is the standard, every cleaning company promises that. What actually sets us apart is how seriously we take the relationship with our customers, not just the clean itself. We like to check in after a clean, because a booking shouldn't be the last time you hear from us. When we're aware something's gone wrong on a job, we don't wait for you to notice and chase us, we contact you ourselves, usually the same day. If a cleaner can't make it, we let you know as soon as we're aware, and give you the choice of another cleaner that day or rescheduling to whatever suits you. If you're ever in an urgent situation, needing a cleaner within a day or two, and we're genuinely unable to cover it ourselves, we'll do our best to help you find another company rather than leave you searching. That is the least we can do if something was to go wrong. You're also not dealing with a faceless service. You build a direct relationship with us, so when you book, you're not just a name in a system. We also take your privacy seriously. We never upload photos of your home unless you've given us permission to. We offer regular cleaning to keep on top of things, and deep cleans for a proper reset. The clean is the easy part. Getting the relationship right is what we actually focus on.もっと見る
