on 21 Sep 2023 I had an operation to change my breast implants, I must say that from the very moment I felt understood, the staff is nothing short of fantastic, everyone was extremely kind and very helpful, from the reception, to the The nurse, the anesthetist but above all the surgeon who operated on me, DR Alfie, was very affable, kind and professional. I highly recommend this clinic,

7 weeks post op for a arm lift mr Alfie was fantastic from start to finish, told me all about the pros and cons he’s friendly and genuine cares about you and the results. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the surgery my arms are amazing and the scars are 100 percent better than I ever thought. If you’re thinking of getting surgery mr Alfie is the man, now just can’t wait for the nicer weather to show them off.

Great care from beginning to end. Honest consultation to discuss realistic expectations. Great surgical result. Would go back in a heartbeat for further treatment. Highly recommended.

Dr Alfie was very clear about procedure/risks/results. I am really squeamish and so did not undertake this lightly. Dr Alfie and the nursing staff really looked after me and talked me through everything, both pre-and post op I'm really pleased with my arm lift and 2 months on the scars are really improving.

I had to come prepared with all of my questions to my appointments as the info sheets were quite light. But Dr Alfie and the nursing staff were always happy to spend time talking through, and the office manager would get me answers for anything I rang up querying .

I booked through the Transform Hospital Group rather than direct with Delta Clinics, and I felt there was a lot of misinformation from the Group level - for example they told me there was parking on site - not true, and that I would be in over night - also not true as no facilities for this. But the info given direct from the clinic was always accurate.

I am 4 weeks post op breast reduction with Dr. alfie .
From the initial first consultation i felt at ease and comfortable with Dr alfie and the team , they were all welcoming and informative when i asked questions what to expect .
The immediate results reduced me to tears i was so happy with the transformation. And still after 4 weeks the healing process has been smooth with no problems . As i booked through transform and some initial appointments where made that i could not attend and had trouble re arranging , Dr alfie ensured i could see him instead of the nurse to save me the stress of rescheduling and to ensure i got the care i needed with tape changes.
Dr alfie and the whole team where kind reassuring and offered me comfort when i got nervous before the procedure .
I would recommend as my experience has been faultless .

Amazing breast uplift.

I had a breast uplift with Dr Alfie in august and I couldn’t recommend him and his team enough! From the first consultation I felt comfortable and at ease. He and his staff are professional, helpful and so kind and caring.
I absolutely LOVE the results of my uplift, it is exactly what I was hoping for and has already improved my self confidence.
I only wish I had gone for the surgery sooner!

DO NOT GO THERE ! The most unprofessional and untrustworthy clinic in London. My mum got some Botox done with Dr Alfie and he injected her in the wrong mussels and she has had a server reaction to the Botox, to the extend where her face is and especially eye lids are extremely swollen and it has affected her look and vision.
We have written several emails and have called the clinic but continue to get ignored or told that it should get better after a few weeks.
However it’s been over 8 weeks and there is no improvement, in fact her eyelids are getting more droopy and covering her vision.
This is extremely worrying and upsetting that my mums face has been botched by Dr Alfie but he continues to ignore us instead of finding a way to resolve this after charging a substantial amount. We will be going legal.

I saw Mr Alfie in October for a consultation for a breast uplift and immediately felt at my ease. Mr Alfie took a lot of care in explaining precisely the procedure/recovery etc and I felt fully informed. I felt listened to and that Mr Alfie understood what I was hoping to achieve with the surgery. I did not feel pressured in any way to agree to anything and felt I was given realistic expectations of the surgery results. I therefore felt very confident in going ahead with the surgery in November. The care I received from everyone was second to none and I felt extremely well looked after. The clinic was spotless and very well run and this dispelled any nerves I might have had on the day. The aftercare was fantastic; Mr Alfie's staff are very caring with follow-up phone calls and right from the initial first appointment, I was made to feel I could contact them at any time with a query and they were always happy to help (which was definitely my experience). Although I am still healing, I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Mr Alfie and his team for anyone considering cosmetic surgery. I was definitely in safe hands and couldn't be more pleased.

I recently had surgery on my leg in Spain which went well but I had some unsightly large scars on my legs and an unexpected large scab on the crown of my head. When the scab came off I had a large patch of missing hair and became concerned so I wen‘t to see Dr Alfie for help.

Dr Alfie helped me by advising me on scar care for my legs, and diagnosing & treating a pressure ulcer on my scalp with plasma treatments which helped to restore a large amount of the lost hair.

I‘d feared the hair loss was going to be permanent and was relieved when Dr Alfie explained the nature of the wound, the options and process for treating it, the chances for success, and what we could and could not achieve, to manage my expectations and help me to make an informed decision.

Dagmara and Alex who booked my appointments and spoke to me in the waiting area during my treatment visits were professional and kind.

Lovely staff, accommodating, helpful. I definitely appreciate the honesty. Definitely felt my best interests were at the heart of my consultation.

Dr Alfie and his team were professional and knowledgable. I had a lot of nerves and reservations and all of them were answered and discussed fully. I would recommend Dr Alfie because I did not feel pressured or like a number he took his time and gave attention. Amazing results for me

i had a breast uplift in October 2021 with dr alfie. The consultations were very good, myself and my husband felt very relaxed with Dr alfie, he listened to my concerns and was very reassuring.

I had breast reduction surgery by Mr Alfie in November 2021. When I saw the results I was overwhelmed with joy at what I now saw in the mirror. I now have uplifted, beautiful breasts. The impact of this change on my life has been amazing. I have so much more confidence in myself, in being able to dress in clothes that show off my shape. I just love the way it makes me feel and it has made such an impact on my happiness and well-being.
