From the day my partner originally bought my ring, to 2 years later, I can’t fault James and his team! They are always so quick to respond and help with any questions I have. I recently sent my ring in for a clean and to have some sizing beads add. The team were quick and efficient, especially considering I left it to the last possible moment before I went on holiday. James and the team really went above and beyond to make sure I got my ring back in time for our holiday. I cannot recommend them enough, not just for their gorgeous diamonds/rings but also their top class customer service! They have a customer for life!

Genuinely the best group of people I have ever had the pleasure of talking to! These guys are TOP, extremely patient, do not push or rush you and listen to exactly what you want. These guys set the standard of what customer service should be, they should write a book on it, its a shame you cant propose more than once because I would use them every time! Everything was so easy, the what’s app chat which I first contacted you on was always answered promptly, any questions I asked were answered honestly.. I asked if it was possible to have it ready for a special occasion which was just under the time frame stated and you never over promised, but assured you’d try your best to get it to me by then, which you did and I’m So grateful for that!
You sent different photos to help guide me with my choices. I really liked the way payments were made in stages as the process went along and the postage and packaging were so well thought out (you’d never guess there was a ring inside) until you opened the box and then wow! It's been such a pleasure to deal with the LD team. I had been having a stressful experience with other retailers and was going down a rabbit hole trying to choose and design my dream ring. So I was absolutely delighted when I found LD. James, Miranda and Louis completely took care of me, gave me helpful guidance on the design and sourced the most beautiful diamond for my ring. I’ve been in contact with London Diamonds for a while asking questions on and off over a period of months. There was never ever once any pushy sales patter just full truthful honesty and great recommendations. I was going to go for a bigger ring and was told there wasn’t much in it and wouldn’t be gaining much in terms of size. When I received it. Wow, I couldn’t give any words it’s the most cleanest, sparkly ring I’ve ever seen. The spec of it is incredible. They take huge care checking every diamond used to ensure you get the best diamond possible which is so uncommon what jewellers are doing that nowadays!? I knew what kind of ring my partner wanted but they helped me massively. I didn’t know what ring size my partner was and sent in loads of photos of her hands in secret from her and they got it absolutely spot on. They really know their stuff and sizing! I wanted it as a surprise while we went on holiday and they got the ring made all in time for a specific date. At first I was quite hesitant of going with a fairly newly established company with just social media and no big name shops anywhere. But seriously it’s a no brainer go with these guys. If you want the most fantastic ring of the highest quality for a very reasonable price just do it. We compared my partners ring to others in shops recently any nothing came close to the size quality or sparkle to her one! We are definitely coming back for our wedding bands. Super helpful people and fantastic company. Keep it up!
