Bernadette and Patrick Kyle would like to extend their wonderful appreciation for the outstanding kindness, gentleness and patience. That each of the following names showed us while doing a 40th birthday photo album for our son.
Duane: For spending time in showing us both how to start and set up the photo album.
Andrew: For telling me the photo lab people were not starting work until 10:30 am. So, I said “I would potter around the store”. Bless him. He came and found me.
Jaz: For his outstanding knowledge, undivided attention, and attention to detail. What a wonderful person to work with and to spend his time showing me Bernadette so much on competing the album.
Nick: Another wonderful detail person to work with. Again, showing me more of what I can do with photos and placements when finishing the album.
If it were not for these wonderful kind and dedicated London Drugs photo lab employees, I, Bernadette would have been lost and very frustrate.
Bravo what a great team you all make. London Drugs administration should be so very proud of how each one of you conducted yourselves in relation to the Kyles.

I needed some 4x5 digital prints and was helped to input the info onto the store computer and waited an hour for the prints to be ready. While waiting, I looked around the store and found an excellent deal on Schick xtreme 2 shavers. A gift at $6.99. Thanks London Drugs!

We went to London Drug Postal Service in Coquitlam Centre and the staff was rude and lacks customer service. We've been long time customers and we have never experienced this here before.

In the last yr the pharmacy has gotten so bad. Prescriptions take 2 days. They have lost Prescription. Line ups over 30 minutes this duncan site has gotten so bad I am switching to a near by small family pharmacy. I was loyal for 6 yrs but every time we complain its dismissed. Store is fine just no leader ship in the pharmacy.
Today 1 hr they lost prescription then couldn't find account then found it and took 1 hr to get filled

(Website only) I’m honestly surprised by how broken this system is!!!
The website system is not optimized at all, and it’s not even functioning properly. About every 30 minutes it automatically logs you out, which is something you usually see only on government websites because of high security importance, not on an online store! Imagine if this happened on Amazon… it would drive customers crazy.
Besides that, the package tracking system is terrible, and for pickup packages it isn’t provided at all. London Drugs really needs to make major changes to its website, especially the user account system.
As for customer service, everything seems fine until you run into a problem! Maybe your issue eventually gets resolved, but their behavior is something that always stays in your mind.

I highly recommend london Drugs. I purchased the computer on feb 24 and picked it up on march 1
everything was transferred over I just has to plug it in

I tried to return a bottle of Listerine that was listed at $6.99 in a flyer that ended today Jan. 28th, 2026 in the N.E. Calgary London Drugs location.They would not refund the difference in the price. The day before I had been charged $9.99 and the customer service associate told me that the sale was last week. In the flyer under the picture of listerine it says On Select Items. The words are so small you can barely read them. I no longer trust their flyer advertisemnts.

I ordered two sets of Omron replacement pads @ $18.99 per pair.

I only received one pair.
The box had been opened.
The package inside had been cut open.
And the pads had been used.

There is no way I can use these.
They are disgusting.

I filled out a form online but I couldn't attach photos.
I am literally shocked by this.

I prefer to shop from Canadian businesses but if I had ordered from Amazon I would not have had to buy all the other stuff in order to get free delivery, and I would have had next day delivery of a NEW product.

I called customer service and the woman had answered sounded like she could NOT care any less.

I don't actually trust that I will receive a credit. I do not recommend buying from this company. This is the first time I've ever written a bad review.

I had a photo book made recently for a funeral. London Drugs team was so good, they rushed the shipping and made sure I had my photos in time. I am so appreciative and grateful that they went way above and beyond. Such great service. Canadian Business, products you can't find anywhere else. they support angel tree project at Christmas. Shop here!!

I think the points program is a joke you would have to spend thousands of dollars to get like 20 dollars that’s ridiculous. I prefer shopping where I only have to spend a couple hundred bucks to get 20 dollars why even bother !!!! Fix this program or cancel it all together it’s pathetic

I went back to take my passport photo taken at one of London Drugs on Vancouver Island. I had my photo taken last week, but there was black ink on my photo in the envelop they passed me. When I nicely explained it to a store clerk today, she said that I put the black ink. When I told her it wasn't my fault, she suddenly grabbed her camera in an angry manner. I felt hesitant but tried to endure and continue, but she became even more rude to me.
Photo is honest, so I didn't want to continue it with such a rude photographer. I told her that I wanted to come back another day for another photographer. She said to me, "I am the most professional one in this store!"
I don't think professional photographer makes her model feel this much uncomfortable. I think no one should endure for any paid photo taken by such an arrogant and rude store clerk.

I used to love London Drugs, the staff had been there so long, and I could always find what I wanted. Now the shelves are so bare- I know it's after Christmas, but 3 weeks now. They are actively pushing not using the customer service desk- so I got called to a cashier who promptly started talking to someone about getting cash (dealing with the bills and so on), something that ought to have been done before asking customers over. There are stale dated sale prices on the shelves- I know sometimes they get missed but at the regular checkouts they just shrug and the price on the register is the price. There is a feeling that the customers are a pain in the butt.

It was an amazing experience eating Exotic Cassava chips. They were fresh and very tasty. After buying the first bag, I went back and bought 6 more bags as gifts for my clients.

The person that cosmetic department was on professional and not reasonable

I bought a Square Reader was completely frustrated by the tech involved to register it.
I don't know if it was my age (80) or the information it required. Actually from talking to others its the tech. Ha! Ha!
Kam was so patient. Talk about a repeat customer. I thought he would avoid me after several visits. He actually smiled and said what can he do to help.

Was using self checkout. I guess I forgot to scan a item which I thought I had. My mistake. What i didn't appreciate and wonder why she did this.she held the item in her hand WHY..I know I should have said something right away. It was already scanned. Dont see the point of holding the item in the air and not very nice telling me I didn't scan a item like she was accusing me of stealing .Will NEVER be back

I love the foods I got from you, the Kosa Coconut milk, the Lindt chocolate, Smart Cookies (especially the Oatmeal Raisin ones)

The customer service I received was very helpful and kind.

Staff gave me the time to review in store products and were of great help in my decision on what to buy. No undue pressure.

My experience yesterday was very much like every experience i have at the king george at 103 ave . Most staff have a warm, greeting smile when I encounter them and always seem eager to help. I love shopping for aa lot of items but of course my main purchases are medication. Recently I ran out of some medicines and there was no hesitation to give me a few days emergency supply while i contacted the doctor. I know i can rely heavily on the pharmacy to advise me on what over the counter items i must not take due to the meds I take. A couple of times now they have advised me against a product. I am very grateful for that because of course i dont have that knowledge.
