Very good timber as described on website, website,competitive prices great system after placing the order, email and messages confirming date and time of delivery, 30 minutes message before delivery and finally Themba was cheerful and very helpful unloading the delivery and I got my VAT invoice immediately after receiving the delivery , Thank you

A very positive purchasing experience with London Fencing Supplies. Good quality garden trellis, suplied at a competitive price and delivered quickly and efficiently by a friendly and helpful driver. Definitely recommended.

When my fence got blown over in the storms recently, I contacted London fencing supplies and they were so helpful and polite. Customer service is 10/10 and when my order got delivered the next day, they carried it through for me without me even asking. Honestly couldn't ask for better service, very friendly and would definitely recommend!

I love the fence I purchased from London it looks really lovely. I was impressed with the customer service. The worker who took the order on the phone was really kind and helpful and was very accommodating when I made changes to my order. I also want to thank the guy who delivered the items and helped lifting them into the property.

Excellent service throughout. Spoke with a chap called Dean on the phone. Great guy, very knowledgeable of products. Happy and friendly.
I ordered what I needed, with Dean's advice. Paid over the phone. Got my delivery date, which very luckily for me was the next day 👍 Delivery price really good.
Themba delivered the goods. Excellent chap, carried the panels round to my garden 👏 really friendly and kind guy, great customer service.
Fence panels are beautiful, just what I wanted. Robust and sturdy, will withstand the wind that hits my back fence, constantly.
I rang London Fencing by chance. So, so pleased I did. I received excellent customer service from start to finish. When Themba left his delivery prior to mine, I got a message to tell me that he was on his way. On this message was a link that allowed me to track him, straight to my front door. I live on a very confusing estate, so the tracker helps so I can be hovering at the front door, So they can find my address. Haven't got to keep getting up and checking every vehicle noise, like the old days before trackers.

If you want Excellent, simple service then buy here, you will not regret it.

I saw some items on their excellent interactive website and called to ask a few questions. The sales team were brilliant, really helpful. I placed an order and then had great communication regarding my very quick delivery and everything turned up as expected and when promised. Delivery driver was also very helpful. Highly recommended. I recently used for the first time to have the panels in my garden replaced. This was a recommendation from a friend after seeing the job done at theirs.
