I had good experience learning about heat pump and our teacher (David) is very good explaining about course.

Recently last weekend completed my domestic CCN1 re assessment at London Gas Training centre. Great customer service from initial enquiry, booking and through to completing. Dave is very accommodating and even offers gas re assessment over 2 days, which when I made initial enquiry’s at other centres not many offer this. Pleasure dealing with this centre and will be booking more courses in future. Thanks again RSG Heating & Plumbing

I read the reviews was very impressed,at the centre and the courses that they have here, from Gas Electrics and renewables don't understand why they got a 1 star review I attended a uvhw and water regulation course David and John were very informative and helpful I will defo be coming back here again and so will other members from my company.

Dave was very helpful throughout my G3 UVHW course. From booking to completion, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I will definitely be attending for other courses and when my tickets are up for renewal.

I attended this training centre to enrol on the 'government funded' Air Source Heat Pump Certificate. I was then told, whilst there, that I needed to complete additional certificates in order to receive my Air Source Heat Pump qualification. These exams were rushed and conducted without proper professionalism. Afterwards, I was asked to pay over £900 for these extra certificates.

I later found out from another training provider that these extra certificates were not actually required. I raised a complaint and received a partial refund from David, but the whole experience caused a great deal of stress and left me feeling that I had wasted both my time and money.

The course date was also changed at the last minute, with the reason given being that government funding had been cut for this course. This forced me to cancel important weekend mothers day plans. I later discovered this explanation was not accurate, and he just needed to reapply for the funding.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience to warn other tradesmen. I gained very little from the course and I would not recommend training here.

Just Finished my ASHP course at London Gas Training,
the facilities are so good they have such a selection of different heat pumps with working underfloor and radiators the trainers are so knowledgeable and full of experience. if you are going to do your ASHP course I highly recommend using this centre, they are very accommodating. Five Stars I will be coming back to do more courses as they cover Gas and Electric.

I recently completed the Heat Pump Installation and Maintenance course at this institute, and I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of training provided. The course was well-organized, combining both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience. The instructors had deep expertise in heat pump systems and made complex concepts easy to understand.

I now feel confident working with heat pump technology, from system design and installation to troubleshooting and maintenance. The training has truly enhanced my professional skills and opened up new opportunities in the renewable energy sector. I’m glad I chose this institute—highly recommended for anyone serious about building a future in low-carbon heating solutions.

Really impressed with the course and Dave as a person. He was incredibly helpful with getting me qualified to install air source heat pumps, he even opened on a Saturday for me to help me out and go the extra mile

Did my MET1 here booked with Dave and met Dave for first time, and what a nice man and very knowledgeable. Dave was more than happy to help and explain the course in depth.

Customer care was good

I just completed my air source heat pump course by David who i can honestly say was fantastic. I completed my water regs and unvented aswell. David gave me really good price and by far beat every one elses. Definitely will be coming back in the further. Thank you london gas
