The audiologist was helpful, patient and professional. He explained everything clearly and discussed my needs with understanding, and gave me strong confidence. I am very happy with the hearing aids, which are comfortable and discreet.

The audiologist Anshul Morjavia is very thorough, attentive and knowledgeable. I was impressed with his effort to get the right hearing aid for me which included changing our first choice.

I have been to other audiologists but this one trumps the lot.

I’d never had ear wax removed before but the microsuction worked really well and there was no discomfort. The audiologist answered all my questions and the staff at the front desk were also vey helpful.

Easy to book a next day appointment on line. Charlie explained what he was going to do, he was polite, friendly and efficient. He made sure discomfort was minimised and was sensitive to this throughout the procedure. Best of all he couldn't remove all the wax in one visit, suggested coming back in a couple of days which I did, the remianing wax was removed and he didn't charge for the second visit

Anshur cleaned my ears with microsuction today. He was friendly, explained everything very clearly and there was no rush. He paused and checked that I was ok several times during the procedure. It is such a relief to be able to hear again, I wish I’d come sooner! I will come back now to check my ears regularly so this doesn’t happen again. Thanks so much for your help.

Fantastic service from the Camden branch, Charlie was attentive and informative guiding me through the hearing test and results ensuring I clearly understood. Would recommend.

They charged me £30 for a 4 minute appointment where they told me I had no wax to remove and sent me on my way, even though my ears were still in discomfort.

My hearing test and subsequent fitting for my hearing aids was thorough and unrushed . I was shown the graphs of my results on screen, which clearly showed me the problem.
I was pleased to be given a pair of aids on trial, which revealed how the clarity of my hearing could be improved.
Now, I continue to marvel at my new aural universe.

Diagnosed with high frequency hearing loss, a step into the unknown. A life changing experience or a life enhancing opportunity? Definitely the latter.

Throughout the assessment, follow-up consultation, subsequent fitting and the aftercare process the advice from the audiologists has been excellent.

Anshul at the Ware clinic treated my very elderly father with patience and gentleness for ear wax removal and a much needed hearing aid. He even visited dads care home to teach the staff how to put in his custom made hearing aids. Top notch service.

I’ve been to their Camden clinic 3 times now to have wax removed. Always been impressed with their service and price. They also tend to fit me in for an appointment on the same day which is great.

Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Had wax removal and diagnostic hearing assessment, was recommended the hearing aids rated top in recent Which? survey. All my questions were answered concisely & authoritatively. Having been given a two-hour ‘road test’, I bought Widex 440s and negotiated cleaner/charger to be substituted for simple charger at no extra cost. Had them precisely calibrated to suit my mild hearing loss and they work brilliantly well. Had free follow-up appointment a week later to check everything was OK. Then free three-monthly follow-ups for a five-year period. Highly recommend the service at the Camden branch and the Widex 400s. Top kit!
