Would recommend

I did write an extremely negative review based on my experience, however the company has since contacted me and offered refund and compensation. Admittedly it was months afterwards, but the communication was excellent and they ensured I was happy with how I was compensated. 🙂

Would recommend

My perfume didn't arrive on time unfortunately, but I contacted LPF and they refunded me the postage cost which was great. It wasn't their fault, just slow mail around Christmas time. The perfume itself smells lovely and really close to the original. The recipient likes it. The only thing I would recommend was to use a slightly larger box for the perfume as it was stuck in there and was impossible to get out without ripping the box open.

The best inspired by fragrance you will find!

I don't usually wear inspired-by fragrances; however, these are amazing. I have had multiple compliments around the office. I now wear them daily for work, and they last all day. It has saved me using my £150+ fragrance every day, but there is no difference in scent lasting. I will be using these now forever. Also, no 102 has a great kick to it! Thank you!

We do offer a 100% money-back guarantee, provided the bottle is returned with at least 90% of the product remaining, and we’re always happy to assist with returns. In this case, we were unable to locate your order details, otherwise we would have reached out to you directly to resolve this.

LPF Chelmsford

I’ve used LPF Chelmsford a couple of times now and the staff are always so lovely, today was Gyorgy and he was friendly and helpful. I love the perfumes here and am a definite convert

Excellent service as always very impressed with my purchases. Also loving the 287 elixir smells so devine and will definitely be purchasing more.

This company has amazing gems that last 10x longer than the designer fragrance that are out with high quality ingredients -very happy customer.

Great find

I have been buying scents from the Stratford branch for over 5 years after a trip form Crete where this type of perfumery business is rampant so I was glad when I found this and I have not been disappointed.
Even my sister in Kent and teenage children comes all the way to stock up from this branch.
Just recently I've seen that its temporarily closed due to problems with the Stratford Village shops management/owners.
I hope its resolved soon so we can continue our patronage.

Apology

I would like to apologise for the previous review, I have now done my research and changed it to 5 stars. For context, I received a parcel (that I did not order) with different scents and went online to try to make sense of it. I discovered a similar company which scams by sending free cheap perfumes to random people, to get good reviews. Eventually, I found out the parcel belonged to a neighbour and the company that I researched was entirely different.
