I had a very good experience with London Proofreaders. I am a cultural organiser and needed to proof read an interview for our website. The job get done on time and they suggested different options to choose from in the text. I definitely work with them again. I recommend them.

I recently used "Journal Article Editing" service from this company for my academic article improvement. According to the description of the service which I used, they provide extensive things, but I received very very poor quality of "proofreading"- not the journal article editing service. It seems they don't really understand what is the Journal article editing service.

I complained about the quality of the service but the reply also terrible too. They said that they extensively edited my work but most of their changes were about "the definite article". It was the worst service that I ever used (I don't want to say I used their proofreading or editing service because it cannot be that).

If somebody is planning to use any service from this website - you may consider it again, especially, if you are a Doctoral researcher or working in academics. Moreover, I hope no one won't be fooled by the words that they offer a two-proofreader model - It will be very different from what you expect.

A nice added bonus was the comments left on my screenshots as there were some grammatical errors in them. I was able to go back to the original document and produce new, improved screenshots.
