We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience regarding the pricing, and we completely understand the importance of having clarity around costs before proceeding with any treatment.

We would like to clarify that we offer complimentary consultations so that every area of concern can be fully assessed, the most appropriate treatment option can be identified, and an accurate treatment cost can be confirmed. Whilst we can provide indicative pricing over the phone based on an initial description, we always advise that any cost estimate is subject to clinical assessment, as the final recommendation can depend on factors such as the location, size, number, and complexity of the lesion.

Dr Inna’s approach is focused on ensuring treatments are performed safely and effectively, while also considering the most appropriate and cost-effective option for each individual patient. We appreciate that patients want to understand costs in advance, and have reviewed our communication processes to ensure this expectation is consistently managed.

We have reviewed the details of what happened and would like to clarify that the clinic was open at the time of your scheduled appointment, and we were available to assist. We also have no record of any issues with our telephone lines at that time.

We followed our usual process and timeframe in reviewing your concern, and we can confirm that your appointment fee was refunded in full.
