Do not shop with this company! I bought 3 pairs of shoes, received only 2 pairs. When I tried to communicate with them, no response. Then I tried requesting an exchange, no response. Then I asked for a refund, no response. This company is a scam!

Expérience très décevante. Cela fait plus de 15 jours que j’essaie de contacter le service client sans aucune réponse. Aucun numéro de téléphone disponible et les emails restent totalement ignorés malgré plusieurs tentatives.
Ce manque total de communication et de suivi est inacceptable pour un site de vente en ligne. On a clairement l’impression d’être abandonné après le paiement.
Je déconseille fortement ce site, qui ne respecte pas ses clients et ne fournit aucun service après-vente digne de ce nom

Ce site est une arnaque j'ai commandé une paire de chaussures Aasic pour mon fils de 140 euros après vérification c est de la contrefaçon Londonshop refuse de rembourser malgré le délai de retour de 15 jours sous prétexte qu'ils rembourse pas les articles en promo. Fuizer y a pas de numéro de téléphone ni adresse

Orders and took nearly a
month from China, email after email with replies that were really woolly.

Once arrived took to a genuine UGG outlet who checked them against thier stock. Their staff confirmed that the item is not genuine, specifically noting that:

The authentication certificate provided is not issued by UGG.
No hologram on inside label
The stitching does not meet UGG manufacturing standards
The sole material differs from genuine UGG products and have markings.
The lining is not genuine sheepskin and does not match authentic items

All these findings clearly demonstrated that the goods supplied were falsely described and not as advertised.

Despite what they say they are not authentic and don’t be fooled by the website.

More emails requesting photos, proof, notification from store, blah blah but no return address despite repeated requests for return and refund.. but the best bit of these total shysters are that your 100% refund policy is only valid 14 days from when the item is shipped - when a item takes nearly 4 weeks to arrive it’s not valid before you’ve even had them delivered.

Have initiated a charge back with my bank.

I'm writing this in case anyone, like me, purchased an item from this company only to discover afterwards that they are a scam.

I did end up getting my money back, here is how;

5 days after ordering a pair of Air Jordans I sent an email to enquire if the item had been sent since I had heard nothing from them. They replied at 11.30 at night UK time, my first red flag considering the company was supposedly based in France and would operate in office hours.

A few days later I received a tracking code stating that the item had been posted from China. My second red flag was enough for me to do what I should have done in the first place and deep dive the company; multiple reports of fake items and a scam website. I contacted my bank (Barclays) straight away. I had paid by Debit card so did not have the option to chargeback. Barclays took ages to get back to me.

In the meantime I contacted the company to try and cancel my order and confirm I could return it. They refused to cancel the order and stated that I could "request a return once it had arrived". They have a note in their returns policy that you cannot return shoes or discounted items so I wanted some insurance (they seem to have caught a few people out with this). Despite knowing the company was a scam at this point I was pretending that I was annoyed at the delay in the hope they might let me return the fake items.

I voiced my concern that they seemed unwilling to confirm that I could return the item and they sent a very unprofessional email essentially saying "you can't return an item you haven't received". They were very insistent I not return the item to sender and that I not refuse the item from the courier. Red flag number 3.

The shoes came a few weeks later. I'm sure an expert would have recognised them as fakes straight away but, had I not have been suspicious, I would have been completely convinced. I am a complete novice so that isn't saying much tbh but they are good fakes...but still fake.

I used a couple of free guides for spotting fakes on authentication websites. These confirmed that, despite Nike having factories in Vietnam and China, these particular shoes where only made in Chinese factories. Mine said 'made in Vietnam'. There are other signs but this was essentially proof.

I contacted my bank for a third time and they finally sent me a letter for submitting evidence. I sent them an email asking what would constitute as appropriate evidence as well as the information I had found about factories, some pictures and a couple of links to these free guides on Legitcheck and Legitapp.

They reimbursed me the next day. I don't know if the bank covered it or if they took the money back off this scam website.

I get the impression that trying to return or refund these items with the company would probably have just resulted in me spending more money on shipping etc

Chargeback if you can. Otherwise contact your bank asap.

I was admittedly quite lucky that it was easy to prove my items where fake but confirm with your bank what will constitute as sufficient evidence, there are plenty of companies that verify fakes for you. Legitapp has good reviews. Legitcheck doesn't use AI but is more expensive. Deal with your bank, remember that you use banks to protect you (and your money) from this exact situation. Don't try to return counterfeit (illegal) items, a scammer won't give you your money back.

And of course, if you haven't already, don't buy from this website.

THIS website is a scam they sell me fake syna world tracksuit and fake trapstar shooters tracksuit, there so silly when i got the order it looks rubbish so small in medium trust me don't buy clothes or shoe in their website they are scammers they need to get fine by the French police.

Ordered a pair of trainers in the 12th February and now is the 28th and still nothing has arrived. Will be reporting then to the bank

Sur le chemin du retour au bureau, j'ai vu les chaussures que j'avais prises en capture d'écran littéralement quelques jours auparavant sur le site de London Shop. J'ai pris une photo et l'ai envoyée pour voir s'ils les avaient disponibles et à ma taille. Heureusement, c'était un oui ! Le magasin de Londres était super sympathique, serviable et bien informé sur tous les styles et marques.

Honnêtement, je suis super contente de ma paire, encore mieux que sur la photo. Deux semaines d'attente en valaient la peine et le suivi était parfait. La qualité est au top et le prix reste raisonnable. Je compte repasser commande. C'est bien une vraie paire.

Je n ai jamais recu les chaussures.
Je n ai pas eu de retour à mes mails
Ce site est une arnaque, n acheter pas de produits sur ce site.

ATTENTION ARNAQUES.
J'ai commande des Air Force Nike sur la taille que je commande toujours. Les produits livrés sont plus petits (je me demande si c'est des copies). J'ai demandé un retour et je n'ai toujours pas de retour. Pas de téléphone et ils ne répondent pas aux emails. Ces sont des VOLEURS. A FUIR

Je m’étais trompé de pointure en commandant une paire d air force et j ai envoye un message on m a répondu dans la journé et ils ont corrigés avant l’envoi. Franchement pro.

Commande passée un dimanche, colis expédié le lundi, reçu le vendredi suivant. Je recommanderai sûrement une paire bientôt.
