This is new ski shop in London is really fab! The selection is large and at all price points so options for everyone. The staff are super helpful offering flexible exchanges or refunds if a Christmas... もっず芋る

Beware buying presents. Only 14 days to return items not the usual 28 or so. No response to my emailed return request anyway although sent within the 14 day period. No way to return through the websit... もっず芋る

Loved the store

Loved the store! the clothing was so beautiful and unique for ski wear. The sales girl was friendly and flexible and catered to our needs. Would love to shop here again!

i received the best service ever from Matt ( which should be highly praised). He made sure that the pants I purchase match the recent ski Jacket purchase also . I wanted to make sure I wasn't "that guy " on the hill. Best online service ever. thank you.

Informed that my order is on its way

Informed that my order is on its way, however when I click on the Yodel tracking, it tell me that it’s status is booked and that it will be with me by 15 November-so not even next week, which is hardly on its way, is it?

Hi there, Thank you for your review. As you know the order was delivered yesterday, 4 business days after your purchase (within the time frame selected at the time the order was made). We apologise the transparency from Yodel was not clearer in terms of letting you know when you could expect to receive your item; however as we mentioned on email to you as a courier they are experiencing delivery delays due to driver shortages, unfortunately this is out of our control. We have taken steps to use a more reliable and transparent courier going forward so you will not experience this again - however we are pleased the item was delivered on time :)
