I recently bought a dress it took more than 4 weeks to arrive. When finally I got it what a disappointment 😡. It was a different dress, same colours but definitely not what they advertised on the web site . When I complained I was told that the dress was not faulty and for that reason I was not able to send it back for free I would have to pay for the return to china . When clearly they could see by the pictures I have send them that the dress was not the same 🤬. I was offered to keep the dress and they would put a credit on the account so a could use to buy other things from their website. After this experience they expect me to trust them again 😩. I will not buy nothing from them again and please think before your order anything from them . They are miss leading people advertising things that in reality is not what you receive.

This company is a scam. Providing false images of clothing.

Clothingbis extremely bad material and looks nothing like the images on the website. To make matters worse the return option or policy as they call it is a joke. Offering 50%of the price voucher or return back to China where you have to pay the cost. Ok top of that just the process of return through email with long wait in replies. Took me 3 weeks to get a response from them in the forstbplace to start the return.

SCAM. If I could give zero I would. I ordered £250 worth for a party and all the dresses sent were the wrong ones. Obviously I decided to return cost me £30 customs which they do not mention when you purchase that they are based in China!!! They have received the parcel but not returned my money and it’s been 5 months and no response via email. I have disputed with my bank to get the money back. Please don’t buy from them an utter scam.

I really never am one to write bad reviews but this company deserves one. I'm sorry but I've been patient this whole time. I ordered a few dresses to try one and send some back (the quality being awful but what can one expect with the low prices) - I then realised I had to pay for postage and not only that, that the returns addressed was in China! Fair enough, I should have read the small print so I went ahead and paid for postage knowing it would take weeks to get there. I send proof of postage to the customer services email and had a confirmation email back from the team saying this was fine and they will issue a refund once the package was received.

Now, this was 6 months ago and of course I forgot about it until yesterday when I had the same package delivered back to me saying that I had missed the returns window!! After having an email confirmation from the customer services team, after sending proof of postage in that email within the returns period. This is actually ridiculous. £157 I could do with - this is laughable.

Horrendous do not buy from !!!! Yellow dress arrived for my daughter’s prom it was not as the photo on website just a piece of cheap cloth and the colour was not as advertised. I sent the dress back to China (at my own expense) 6 months ago - still not received a refund FRAUDULENT company DO NOT USE!!!

When you return items. It costs a bomb as it goes to china. My items have been “held in customs” for 4 months

Doesn't deserve a star. I purchased 2 dresses in May 2025, the dresses did not arrive on time. The material of the dresses were also bad quality, given I spent around £80. I requested a refund. I liaised with Elreen, she informed me they don’t offer free return shipping. Also, they don’t have a warehouse in Europe; all returns go to our central warehouse in China. I wished this information would have been available to me prior to purchasing. I decided to return the items to the warehouse to get my full refund. I informed the company and included my postal receipt and photos of the items in the condition they were in before I shipped them. I have tracked the items numerous times, the items are in China in customs. I have contacted London the Label about this and no one is responding to my emails. I have sent a chaser email last month and I did not receive a reply. I sent another email today and now my email has bounced back saying delivery has failed. When in the past I have been in contact with the company and received replys through the same email address. It is clear this company is a SCAM. I would never use them again. Now I have to contact my bank to see if I could get them to help me retrieve my money.

Shocking experience with a scam fraudulent company. I bought 2 dresses which where of the poorest quality and did not look like the pictures at all. I returned the items as they have to be shipped back to China. It has been 7 months and I still haven't recieved my refund.

DO NOT BUY!! Extremely misleading they are not a dutch company at ALL. Everything is awful quality and shipped from China. They also do not refund you and leave it sat in customs for months on end!!!! They need to be shut down actual scammers

I placed an order back in March, to my surprise the dress I ordered was made poorly, looked nothing like the photo and was far too small! I then go to return it. I had to fill in this stupid form and pay for it to be shipped back to China.
6 months go by, I have not received my refund and my parcel has been returned back to me.
I have asked multiple times for ship my return to a uk address and revive my refund but they won’t do anything about it!
This company is a SPAM!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dresses I ordered were awful. Refund requested 4 months ago and still being told that it hasn’t been processed, my items are “pending with the destinations customs authority” whatever that means…absolute SCAM!

Does anyone ever get there money back been waiting since June!!!! I sent items back and can see they have arrived at customs. This must be a scam between them and the airport keep dresses and money and rip us off 😡😡😡😡AVOID AVOID AVOID

Order 4 dresses for my daughter’s prom. Item I was led to believe were Uk, then later realised Netherlands. However this is false. Items took weeks to come. Prom had passed. I spent £183 on 4 dresses. Quality is awful. I paid over £20 to return items. They first offered me 20% refund.

Dresses have been sitting in customs since 5th July. Correspondence has been sent to recipient to pay, which is them. They will not pay. I have asked for correspondence to be sent to me , so I can pay it. But they keep sending the same email how sorry they are, but don’t cover custom tax.

I have explained in numerous emails I will pay it, if they forward the details.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Do not touch them, absolutely disgusting they a robbing people this way.

Would never use this company again, I followed all their instructions for the returns process and 2 months later still no refund. Never ever use this company!! Steer well clear! I wish I read the reviews.

Really disappointed with my experience ordering from London The Label. The dress arrived much later than expected, and when it finally did, the quality was nothing like the photos — it looked and felt very cheap.

I decided to return it, only to find out the return address is in China, and it cost me £20 to send it back. This was a complete surprise, as there is no clear mention of this on the website when I placed my order.

For the price and hassle, it’s just not worth it. I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend this brand.

DO NOT BUY - TOTAL SCAM

Website states they’re based in the Netherlands but the item was shipped from China. I ordered for a wedding and shock, it didn’t come in time, I, like others was offered a terrible 20% refund to keep the piece of tat they had sent me.

I declined and paid for it to be returned. This has now been sat at ‘customs’ for over 2 months and they are not forthcoming with a refund. I’m currently on maternity leave and struggling with money as it is, so holding £50 from me is a big deal. I followed their returns processes to the book and still they’re unwilling to refund me. No idea if I will ever get the money.

Their website has also now been taken down…. Do not buy from them!!!!!

I ordered dresses from this company, thinking it was from the netherlands. The dresses were disgusting and cheap. When asking for a refund that they needed to be sent back to China where the factory is, argued it states nowhere on the website they are sent from china.
