Extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a product from Lone.Design and the files I received were incomplete, missing key components needed to actually use what I paid for. For a site that charges premium prices, delivering broken or unfinished content is unacceptable.

What made it worse was the support experience. I reached out with clear proof of the issue, and the response was either painfully slow or completely unhelpful. It felt like they had no interest in fixing the problem or taking responsibility for the faulty product they delivered.

Digital products should at least work as advertised, and support should be there when they don’t. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lone.Design to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere — there are far more reliable creators and marketplaces out there.

Maybe it used to be a great site.
I first came across it back in 2023 when I was looking for a platform to publish my plugins. But I immediately switched to CF because I couldn’t figure out how to upload plugins here, the interface just isn't user-friendly, unlike CF.

A year later, I decided to give it another try and attempted to publish my plugins on this site again. After a lot of struggle, I finally figured out that plugins(.cs) need to be uploaded in a .zip archive(which, by the way, is mentioned nowhere).

But that's not the end of the story. The plugin review process takes an incredibly long time. It's hard to get in touch with the admins(they replied only once the entire time) and the so-called helpers have an inflated ego, they completely ignore you. I don’t understand why someone would even be a helper if they don’t respond(even after 3 months, still no reply).

Since I publish on both platforms, I have a basis for comparison. The exact same plugins sell much better on CF, most likely due to higher traffic. The interface and the site itself feel like they were slapped together, just a ready-made theme(Porto | Multipurpose & WooCommerce Theme, Shop 31 from ThemeForest) thrown onto WordPress. The support ticket system is inconvenient, there are no notifications(which makes it hard to reply promptly), and the admins are completely unresponsive.

That’s why I strongly recommend using Codefling as a more convenient and overall better alternative.

P.S. Forgot to mention, plugins from the admin's friends get reviewed instantly. And some so-called helpers only approve their own plugins, while others sit in review for months.

Great site to sell and buy rust plugins. Site is a little bit in need of a over hall to handle support requests better but "there working on that" and they do not limit the creator to how they can advertise or set there prices "Price Fixing" on your products like on other platforms.

I have been waiting for a year for my plugins to be verified to be public on the website, and support is not interested in customers.
I sent them an email after 6 months to see what was happening and they replied saying they apologize "These must have been missed in the list of pending products at some point so i do apologize for the delay on reaching out to you.", but they have not been verified even to this day.
I sent them another email, but nothing.

Bought a bundle of monuments from this website that I believed were simple plugins as nothing stated otherwise. Turned out they were PREFAB files needing to be integrated into a map using additional software such as Rust Edit, a program not so easy to use or understand. I ask for help and did get a response from one of "their" staff on the discord. However, the person failed to keep his word, as he had agreed to help me set it up. He then got angry saying that my server was not his problem. And promptly blocked me without trying to understand or help to resolve any issue.

As a result, I was unable to keep my promise to my server's players, as I had trusted this person and was let down, likely on purpose.
Now I own PREFAB files I do not fully know how to use or set up. It's an absolute joke. Feeling really frustrated and just shocked at the situation as a whole.
