tengo que decir que estoy sorprendido de la calidad de los productos y además piensan en cada mínimo detalle de sus productos , el top case de 57 L una pasada , las maletas laterales semirrígidas nunca las había probado , pero me encantan , primero por lo fáciles que son de abrir y cerrar cuando le cojes el truco y son muy prácticas con sus bolsas interiores incluidas , y puedo decir que no pierden su forma después de algún rasguño que otro , pero lo que estoy sorprendido es de la iluminación de sus faros de largo alcance , los teníais que ver , espectaculares y además que funcionen con la misma pila de la moto es un plus, resumiendo.encantadisimo.

A very quick and great customer service. The team has responded very quickly to an issue I’m having with one of the light pods and the response was very positive and a replacement item was shipped to me within days.

I love the look and quality of the Lone Rider luggage and moto armor parts I’ve put on my bike. I knew I was buying rather expensive equipment but every time a part arrives, it goes on easily and their online tutorials make more complicated pieces easy to install. Equal to the quality of their products is that they put just as much attention into their customer service and satisfaction. I’ve had occasion to contact LR with questions and Anna has been fantastic to work with and always makes it happen. I’m a huge fan of the LR Brand.

I had placed an incorrect order and sent an email to ask about the possibilities of exchanging it. Anna responded within 5 minutes and clearly explained what to do. I returned the incorrectly ordered item on Sunday evening and already received a notification on Tuesday morning that the refund had been initiated. In the mean time I ordered the correct item on friday afternoon and I received it on saturday.

The attention to detail in the design is only matched by their high level of customer service. Anna was amazing to work with as we addressed a concern related to damage on a pannier as a result of a drop/collision. Anna was understanding and super responsive to feedback. LoneRider was also kind enough to approve a replacement.

I encountered a problem when purchasing a product on the official Lone Rider website. I purchased some of the products from the offer and paid for them properly via online banking. Unfortunately, I did not receive a purchase confirmation, a delivery notification, and an invoice. So I turned to Anne for help. She found the error within two days and managed to correct everything to my great satisfaction. I recommend Lone Riders products and rate their customer service as excellent.

i had a small problem with my explorer bag and after reaching out to Anne it was replaced within a week.

would 100% recommend lone rider as not only are their products brilliant but their customer service is just as good.

My Topcase wasnt closing and opening properly and easily anymore. I suspect that someone probably tried to break it open but this wasn’t immediately apparent, The lid and basin were misaligned and it was increasingly becoming a nuisance to open and close it. I was thinking of buying a new topcase and reached to Lonerider (Anna) to see if they could offer me a price reduction as I didn’t need a mounting plate for my bike anymore- just the Topcase. Lonerider tried to help me fix the problem first by sending me a new lock and later also new hinges. When those attempts failed, Lonerider very generously decided to replace my Topcase at no cost.
That’s what I call top-notch customer care and client relationship management. I love their products and now I’ve also fallen in love with their customer service and commitment.

Accessori per la moto, progettati da motociclisti. E questo fa la differenza. La qualità dei materiali e la cura costruttiva sono evidenti fin dal primo utilizzo: prodotti solidi, ben progettati e pensati per un uso reale, senza compromessi.
Un aspetto che fa davvero la differenza è l’assistenza tecnica: sempre disponibile, competente e soprattutto velocissima nelle risposte. È raro trovare un supporto così preciso ed efficace.
In un settore dove spesso si promette tanto ma si mantiene poco, Lone Rider si distingue per serietà e affidabilità. Consigliato senza esitazioni.

Back in the GS Game. Last one was a ‘95 1100. Getting out of an ‘18 Wing with a Tailwind trailer. I’m old. Don’t know if I’ll do big miles or not. Don’t care. What I DO know is I need a trunk. I’d never heard of Lone Rider. Saw a GS in the trader with Lone Rider top case and soft panniers. I investigated. Liked everything I learned. When I settled on the GSA I wanted, I ordered the case…before I even saw the bike in person. Got the case, then learned the GSA I was buying was a Rallye…WHAT?? Never even heard of a Rallye. (Read the fine print…IDIOT) Just an outsider getting back into the game. Rallye rack pics did NOT match the regular rack. Wrote Lone Rider about it and they responded immediately confirming my problem…so they offered to take the case back. Well that was nice of them…but I put on my big boy panties and spent $500 on a new rack…doubling down on what could have been a myriad of issues (I’d never sat on a GSA (50+ years of riding experience…so I wasn’t too worried about it and the previous owner said he was shorter and fatter than I am). Was the “big” case going to be TOO big???). Drove the 300 miles to the bike, pulled the Rallye rack off, installed the normal rack and adaptor plate, mounted the case, we [both] admired the HELL out of the look, fitment, proportion… THEN started the bike for the first time. Rode an hour towards home to a hotel. Started playing with the tumblers/barrels?. I had the same problem on both units…a #3 on the right side was sticking up too high. It worked as is on the case, but would not work on the adaptor plate. Rode home unable to lock the adaptor plate…it’s a good mechanism, and so stiff, a quick check by anyone would make them think it was locked. When Lone Rider reached out to see if I liked my case, I said YES, but was having issues getting my BMW key matched up due to the “high” pin on the right. They’re sending me a new tumbler/barrel…WOW! I was going to disassemble for the THIRD time (once you snap the tumbler/barrel in place…there’s no getting it back out without disassembling the adaptor plate) and investigate. Guess I won’t have to [investigate]. I’m IMPRESSED with Lone Rider’s response time to questions and problems. Still don’t know a lot about them…but they’ve provided me a REALLY fine experience. Myself, the previous owner of my bike, and my two hard core biker nephews are REALLY impressed with the case. Looking forward to using it for a “grocery getter” and whatever adventures my nephews rope me into…
