They give withdrawal in start
But after that they will stop giving withdrawals
I lost more than 18000 usd
They keep giving rubbish excuses like usdt is hard to move

Title: No Support Response – Unable to Access Member Area

I am currently facing a serious issue with my account on Long Asia Group.

For several days I have been trying to log in to my Member Area, but the system keeps showing an “Invalid” error. I have also tried resetting my password multiple times, but the password reset does not work.

I have already sent multiple emails to the support team, but unfortunately I have not received any response at all. This is very concerning because the Member Area is required to manage deposits, withdrawals, and account settings.

A broker should provide proper customer support, especially when clients are unable to access their accounts. The lack of response from the support team raises serious concerns about the reliability of this platform.

I hope the Long Asia support team sees this message and resolves my issue as soon as possible.

I urge anyone considering this BOT to be extremely cautious. There is no real customer support behind the platform—only a website designed to give the appearance of legitimacy. In reality, they provide no assistance at all. I have contacted their service desk multiple times over the past month and have not received a single response or any action taken. This lack of accountability and support is unacceptable. Protect your money and avoid investing here.

Trading for 6 months, withdrawal 20 times never rejected any withdrawal. Best.

I have been a client with Long Asia Group for a period of almost two months.

I submitted a request for withdrawal of my crypto funds. My initial withdrawal was approved and shortly after transferred successfully to my account. However my second withdrawal, which has been set up in the exact same way, has been approved but I have not received my funds yet.

Customer service hasn’t reacted to my messages. Please contact me so that we can resolve this issue.

A Long Asia Liquidity is in Singapore MAS investor alert list and the website is showing Long Asia group website.

Basically, Long Asia Group, Long Asia Capital and A Long Asia Liquidity are operating by same group of people.

Recently, the capital market license of Long Asia Capital has been removed from Singapore MAS.

The new director of Long Asia Capital is called Jacqueline Yu and they are rehiring the Singapore New CEO and director and compliance manager.

Keep chasing them, don't let them go!

Long Asia Capital and Long Asia Group have been ignoring my withdrawal requests for over 4 months. They are not responsive to emails or phone calls and are withholding 42K USD without any justification. My initial deposit was 21K USD. Long Asia Capital was reported to its regulator MAS and Long Asia Group to NZ regulatory authority. Stay away from this company.
