Thank you Sam ( manager) Tracy and Gemma. A really positive shopping experience at Mamas and Papas Longbridge. Excellent customer service. The team worked very closely together and demonstrated that they had great depth and breadth of knowledge. The manager was supporting a new member of staff whilst leading her staff and answering queries from us. We left feeling confident and satisfied. Effective, confident, caring and efficient communication skills demonstrated by all.
