We just purchased a Longer 20w Ray5. We had trouble getting the PC to talk to the laser. With the help of Longer's customer service, we were able to get all the connection settings to what they should be. Working great now! Thank you for your quick responses and help.

Salve, dopo l'acquisto del longer ray5 10w standard cioÚ 400x400 ho notato che per i lavori che dovevo fare aveva un'area di lavoro troppo piccola, così ho deciso di acquistare l'estensione 850x850.
Purtroppo i cavi bensì lunghi avevano le morsettiere che non coincidevano con la scheda madre del mio longer.
Contattato il supporto clienti e spiegato il mio problema il gentilissimo e preparatissimo operatore mi ha fatto avere gratuitamente, tramite stretto giro di posta il cavo giusto che senza problemi ho collegato.
Adesso tutto funziona perfettamente e con un'area di lavoro enorme.

credo che non ci sia altra azienda che abbia a cura i propri clienti come la Longer, sempre molto disponibili, non ti mollano finche non hanno risolto il problema e se il problema non si risolve ti sostituiscono il pezzo di loro iniziativa, veramente grandi, sicuramente in futuro acquisterò ancora da loro

Support has provided me with replacement parts whenever I have had issues with my laser, and they are always quick to respond. I twisted the Wi-Fi cable during installation, and support replaced it. I wanted to replace the L- handle screw. Support referred me to thumb screws. I wanted a replacement red acrylic cover; support provided a replacement. And I wanted to add limit switches; support provided the link to purchase the kit. Yes, I have had a great experience with Longer support. Email is the best way to contact support. It is an 11-hour time difference from where I live.

Credo sia la prima volta che faccio una recensione con così tanto entusiasmo.
Circa un mese fa ho acquistato da un sito il laser LONGER RAY5, dopo pochi giorni mi Ú arrivato a casa perfettamente funzionante. Io il giorno seguente ho tentato un aggiornamento firmaware e per qualche ragione ho fatto un danno.
Non sapendo cosa fare mi sono rivolto alla casa madre inviando una mail alla quale ho ricevuto prontament una risposta. Mi hanno detto che probabilmente ho caricato il firmware nel modo scorretto. Si sono adoperati a rimandarmi un firmware idoneo e la procedura, ma evidentemente avevo già fatto un danno non riparabile.
Mi hanno seguito passo passo per giorni, con foto e indicazioni precisi, ma purtroppo il display continuava a non andare. Di loro iniziativa mi hanno inviato una scheda video nuova a loro spese con la guida per installarla, ma anche in questa occasione non funzionava. A quel punto ho chiesto se potevo riacquistare la consolle completa. La loro risposta Ú stata "non siamo riusciti ad aiutarti online, quindi te ne mandiamo una nuova nostre spese"!!!
Io sarei stato disposto a pagarla, ma questa Ú serietà e correttezza che NON può non meritare il miglior feedback che riesco ad immaginare.
Velocità , cortesia, risolutezza e serietà assoluta! La consiglio a chiunque.

A capable engraver and a great support team
First the engraver a Ray5 10W is a powerhouse, really easy to assemble but sturdy and well designed. It is even easier to use and the support team is fast and friendly. YES I had a problem when upgrading the firmware (caused by windows update substituting longer drivers with Microsoft ones) fearing to have permanently bricked the machine... BUT In less than 48 hours the engraver was back online and better than before thanks to the detailed instructions given to me by the LONGER Support Team!! Outstanding service provided by LONGER and operated by real humans, in a world now dominated by unhelpful bots!

I've been working with CNCs and diode lasers for several years now. I currently have four laser machines in operation, and two of them are Longer, specifically the last two I bought. I recently purchased a 10-watt Longer Ray5 (I've had a 20-watt Longer B1 for about two years). I had a problem that wasn't really a problem but a lack of attention on my part. After exchanging emails, half a dozen, people from customer service responded almost the same day and were very helpful.

Not only does this company make a great product but if you encounter any issues with their product, the support they offer is very comprehensive and detailed. They are determined to have the best customer satisfaction by having a great overall product as well as great customer interaction and support.
