The tape did not stick, making the product useless. I tried two different boxes, thinking maybe just one box was defective. No, neither stuck at all.
When I asked for a refund, they said they don’t give refunds once delivered products, despite it being defective.

Hi, I already disappointed. Because I paid for 1 box so the total was $23,99 but the company charged me 32.30 in a second. I have no idea why. Check very good before you buy anything.

They offer 180 day money back guarantee no questions asked, but do not honor it. After several back and forth emails I am having Amex dispute the charge. Also they claim to have 4.9 stars with Trustpilot which is a lie.

I have had over $100 withdrawn from my account that was never authorised and they have sent it to an address that I haven't lived in for years and never provided them with! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I don't like when the "reviews" are not listed!! That's a HUGE deterrent to purchasing!!!

So far not good. Lonqi claims a 4.9 rating on Trustpilot, but when I checked it out there were no reviews and no rating. I've contacted Lonqi, so far no response. Hope for some clarification.
