Too complicated, too many calls and discussions for two plane tickets, next time I will book with something else.

I like that fact that it only took me a few minutes to book the flight and the price was great.I also had a great phone call from your representative. I forgot her name but i didn't forget how patient she was with me while i looked for the e-mail. Thank you once again.

I am in the most part pleased with my experience as I did get a great deal, I was given seats & confirmation in just about a 24 hours after completed purchase. Down part is that when they called me the first time to confirm before billing my card, they tried to raise the price to about $177.00 more. After I told them to cancel it, then they left the price at the original dollar amount. Bottom line, its a legit website, just make sure you pay what originally shown.

Lookbookflights - First ever worst experience I have had in booking the flights. Long weekend July 4th, 2019, I had booked a roundtrip flight from LAX to PDX 10 days back. They just sent me the itinerary. I had to call them several times for the send the confirmation. After 10 days I'm getting an email for a declined transaction. When I called my BAnk which is BOA, they told me they haven't cancelled/declined any transactions. If I call the customer service of lookbookflights didn't help me at all. They just asked me to cancel and rebook the ticket. Unfortunately, the tickets are all expensive now when compared to 10 days back. I'm deeply disappointed by their service. Don't ever book your flight on this website and ruin your holiday plans.
