Loop failed to honor it's shipping


Loop failed to honor it's shipping timing promise. When I contacted customer service they did nothing about it.

Please be advised that because your order was placed on a Friday later, the 2 day shipping will roll over into the next business days which are Monday-Tuesday. FROM FRUSTRATION TO FEELING FABULOUS

So a few days ago I was frustrated with not being able to receive my order number and lack of communication about shipping , but I did get my phone so far so good ! I wanted to take the time to say I am pleased with the phone it looks brand new and besides the lack of communication the speed of service is really good and the price was extremely fair. TY!

A weird hand printed note in the iPhone box

I ordered a refurbished iPhone from Amazon. It was delivered via FedEx from Loop today. Delivery was fast, but when I opened the package . . .

A hand-printed note saying “I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER” was on top of the phone inside the box. THIS IS NOT FUNNY. It also leads me to wonder if the phone itself was tampered with.

Beware of this seller.

Saved myself $200 on Loop Mobile's Apple Watch Series


I just purchased an Apple Watch Series 6 and it seriously looks brand-new! The ordering process was super simple to navigate. I received a number of emails confirming my order, providing tracking number, and updating me on the status of the shipment which was reassuring. My watch was delivered very quickly, despite it being a holiday weekend. I ended up saving myself over $200 purchasing through Loop Mobile. I would highly recommend as a cost-saving option.
