I’m very disappointed with my experience so far.

My account was suddenly put under review with a balance of £800, and I have been completely locked out and unable to log in or access my funds. I have contacted support multiple times but have received no response or explanation about what is happening with my account or my money.

I understand that verification checks are sometimes necessary, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. Customers should at least be kept informed about the status of their account and withdrawals.

At the moment it feels like my £800 has simply been taken while my emails are being ignored. I would appreciate urgent contact from the support team to resolve this situation and return access to my account or process my withdrawal.

Similar to others, deposited my £10 to supposedly get 50 free spins, haven't received them, emailed customer support 5 days ago got an instant generic reply back saying they had received message and would reply shortly, 5 days later still nothing. Absolute waste of time just don't bother.

I'm a real person who also streams so it would be dumb for me to give a fake review. I made a £200 deposit earlier this afternoon. I was playing Blackjack and got my balance up to £2004. I put that withdrawal through and was met with the ID verification page. I used my mobile, took a picture of my Driving License, then a selfie. Within seconds I was verified and less than 30 minutes later the cash is in my PayPal

So i played and won £1000 but when it came to withdrawal their verification process was a joke i gave all the information several times to different agents over a period of two weeks and even saved the chat history. To date they are asking for the same information that was already provided. Stalling tactics ...i should have read the reviews beforehand. One star is too generous. Stay away from this site at all costs, absolutely horrific experience, continuous verification requests after providing previous verification on more than half a dozen occasions, soon as you win your withdrawals are frozen and more verification requests required asking for government letters because bank statements, driving licence etc are not enough apparently. Beware of this casino. They do not reply to emails, the clear your account for KYC but then do not allow you to withdraw any more than £1000 and do not have tools to restrict your gameplay it’s all done via email that they do not reply to. They currently have my funds and I’ve started a complaints process. I’ve written a few emails and no one gets back to you. I just want to withdraw my funds and it feels like there is an intentional block to delay the process as much as possible.

They take some of your money off you whenever you withdraw just cause they want to. Never known any other casino that does that. I mean, they’re already more likely to win than lose to the customer but this lot feel the need to take a cut if the customer wins too. Ridiculous. I’d deposited several times before I managed to get a very modest win and tried to withdraw £25, they took £2.50 of it! I also got an email telling me I had deposited over £1000 in one day which made me panic and check my bank thinking I’d been robbed! It was false though. What they meant was I had deposited £15 twice then made over £1000 of wagers. Very different things but they either have limited knowledge of how betting works, or of the way the English language works. Either way, won’t be using them again
