Terrible experience with their offer wall.
I was playing one of the offer wall games, Sea Explorer. I reached the required levels and received the small rewards (20 and 120 points) without any issues. But when I reached level 600 — which should have given me 1200 points — they simply refused to pay.

I sent screenshots proving everything, and the response I received was absurd. They gave countless excuses: claiming I used a VPN, a proxy, and even saying I had completed the task before. None of this is true. If any of their claims were real, I wouldn’t have received the earlier rewards in the first place.

This is dishonest behavior.
They don’t respect users, and they clearly avoid paying higher rewards.
Worst site and app I’ve used. Completely untrustworthy.

Então a plataforma simplesmente suspendeu minha conta, mandou vários tickets de suporte e ninguém me deu resposta, nem explicaram o porque! Já faz dias que isso aconteceu!

False VPN Detection (Not Using VPN)
For the past two weeks, a message has appeared when I try to log in to your website saying "Please turn off VPN to use Lootup," which is false; I don't use a VPN. I know you're going to tell me to submit a support ticket, but you should know that I've already submitted four, and in each one, I've included the documentation you request:
1. Check your current IP address by visiting this link: **whatismyip** and send us a screenshot of the result.
2. Try connecting through a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data.
First ticket - marked as Solved with no response.
Second ticket - they ask me to send the documentation I mentioned above, which was already attached to both.
Third ticket - I tell them that I can access the site from my phone using mobile data, but not from my home internet connection, and their response is: "Thanks for the confirmation. We're delighted to hear that your problem has been resolved." Seriously, LootUp, is it resolved?

Fourth ticket - I'm waiting for a response. Let's see what nonsense they tell me now.
On the other hand, their social media presence on Facebook and Reddit, which are the ones I usually use, is appalling. Many users are affected by this problem, and there hasn't been a single statement or response. Even their Reddit moderator was affected by this issue.

3rd Update, Lootup reached out to me (Below) and confirmed what we all believe, it is a glitch and we did nothing wrong, no VPNs, No ad Blocks etc!!

2nd Update: Resolved! Favorably! Back to Pixel & Lootup with no problems...This site got it done! Thanks Trustpilot!!

Update 1: Reddit has many, many reports of this issue.. I'm not the only one

Having a VPN Nightmare! Both LootUp and it's sister site Pixel TV are generating VPN error messages. No other site I use is doing this, my IP hasn't changed and my provider says there is no VPN.. I have no Proxy or VPN installed, MSN edge is "off" . Do have MacAfee - but I used that and Loot up for years now -no problems...please help!

Grenzt schon an Betrug! Das Konto wird ohne Angabe von Gründen gesperrt. Auch auf Nachfrage bekommt man keine nachvollziehbare Antwort. Über 200 € sind futsch und erst nach einem Jahr fällt Ihnen auf das ich etwas "falsch" gemacht haben soll. Nach einem Jahr und über 200€. Wenn man sich die anderen Rezensionen auf Google Playstore über die App der Seite anschaut, scheint das Methode zu sein. Eine Warnung das man etwas "falsch machen könnte" wäre hilfreich aber dann müsste man das Guthaben auszahlen.So ist auch das Guthaben vor diesem "Verstoß" weg.

I am unable to log into my lootup account.
Message claims I am using a VPN.
I am not using one.
My pixelpoint account also claims there is a VPN in use when I try to login.

I like to watch videos from a few minutes knowledge. I can watch them all day long via the pixelpiint website if I do not login. As soon as I try logging in a message pops up that complains about a vpn in use at my ip address. IF there is a vpn in use then why can I watch all the pixelpoint videos I want as long as I am not logged in? Other people have mentioned they also get message that mentions a vpn which they do not use. What can I do to get this fixed?

Ridiculous they have a ton of idk side sites to watch, vids, play games, it all together lootly-parot or lootup-pixel TV, very confusing and then when I used it my account got put on suspension didn't say why. Which I only ever signed in & cash out with 1 email address the one I've Always used since joining. I didn't cash out or earn points fr their other side sites Only did surveys in the Main LootUp site. Not just that but Numerous times been issues that you can send in screenshots proof of completed survey but get nothing waste of time. Say auto message sorry we know it can be frustrating but it not within our control, we've passed this on to management &technical support. I've been a member on other panels for years and never had the amount of surveys not pay out after Completing! I'm not taking about screen outs or not qualifying. Customer service is a joke each site on the offerwall says they're not responsible then the main site says we're not responsible we just post 3rd party market surveys. So Now I'm just trying to locate the Data & privacy ledger to get the address who I contact to get to get ALL my information removed from this website. Very stretchy behavior

Experiência própria: a LootUp é golpista, deixam você acumular muito dinheiro e depois vem com histórias e pretextos falsos que o usuário é quem age errado, e usam isso como um pretexto e forma para dar golpes! Não usem essa porcaria dessa plataforma e não se engane, a sua hora também vai chegar e eles vão suspender a sua conta, mesmo sem você ter feito nada de irregular. Jamais vou esquecer do constrangimento e da frustração que me fizeram passar, roubaram o meu dinheiro. O que essa plataforma faz é criminoso! Denunciem-na e exponham-na para que as pessoas não caiam nessa furada. Eles ficaram com os meus 30 dólares, que juntei honestamente, sem cometer nada de irregular e, se isso não é roubo e atividade criminosa, o que é então? Não usem essa plataforma, porque assim como ocorreu comigo e muitos outros, pode ocorrer com você também, pois são desonestos e vão bloquear os seus ganhos e sua conta de repente e virão com historinhas fiadas de que você é quem infringiu os termos, um belo pretexto para roubar os usuários e aplicar golpes!
