We had a faulty lock on a downstairs double-glazed UPVC window. It obviously needed replacing on security grounds. It was a small but necessary job. Lordship Windows sent an engineer along. He replaced the lock quickly and efficiently. Job jobbed!

Really prompt service, lovely personable staff - tidy up after the work they do - excellent job done each time. I've used them twice now and I highly recommend them.

Had our sash windows replaced by Lordship Windows to double glazed around 25 years ago, so when I needed to replace the back door from a hardwood door that kept swelling during the wet winter months and not closing without force, I contacted Lordship Windows for a replacement. That was almost 10 years ago. In January 2023 I was having problems locking the back door. I thought with only a few months left on my guarantee that I may be fobbed off, but they arranged a repair for a resonable repair/maintenance fee and the engineer who came to site sorted the problem out within 30 mins. He even took down (for full access) and replaced the fly screen that was in place in front of the door.

Lordship Window replaced two misted double glazed units for me a few weeks ago. I must say, from measuring to installing the new sealed units, the service was fantastic. I had a call before the engineer arrived, he came on time and fit the new sealed units with trickle vents. I have used Lordship window before and I will use them again.

I’m really impressed with the service we had from Lordship Windows. The repair to two of our casement windows (both had broken handles and locking mechanisms) was brilliant, and the technician also unlocked a jammed window for us. The repair was quick and the technician was so lovely. Everything was left perfectly clean and he explained all the steps of the repair to us. The price was also great - really reasonable. I would definitely recommend Lordship Windows without hesitation!

I have no hesitation in recommending Lordship Windows.

The same window broke twice in less during the warranty period. They fixed it free of charge under their warranty the first time (three years ago), but are now refusing to fix it without charge. Also, communication with them takes ages.
